Allyssia Chaparro was the contact for a rental unit, and she was so responsive, friendly, and helpful with the process that I needed to make sure I left a review. And the thing is, I did not even get the apartment.
I'm moving in from out of state so I have been in contact with a lot of agents and properties, and Allyssia blew ALL of them out of the water with responsiveness and communication.
It has not been a fun process trying to track down a living situation from afar, but Allyssia provided some hope to the process, and that the area has agents who actually respected people and their time

I was researching online for couple of days looking and comparing few real estate property management companies to manage my property in Phoenix area. Allyssia took over a condo I was renting at. After talking to her we immediately could feel the higher level of professionalism compared to the last managers. She responded fast with any questions I might have.
When we moved out it was very smooth and easy process. I even had some mail delivered to my old address and Allyssia went out of her way to drop off my mail at my new address.
