I started with State Farm immediately after graduating from the University of Illinois in 1984. After handling Automobile Claims for 12 years, I opened up my own Agency on the far north side of Chicago. I'm also a member of the Andersonville, Uptown and Chicago Gay and Lesbian Chambers as well as the Rogers Park Business Alliance.

The team are incredible. We have been customers for 5+ years. The level of customer service is off the charts. Fast, friendly, helpful and always above expectations. Even when we left the state, they were still going out of their way to help us. Would highly recommend the team!

This insurance office is wonderful. I don’t even have car insurance with them, but they helped me every step of the way with my license. Hattie is an absolutely wonderful person, and James was incredibly responsive and nice as well. They’re on top of everything and a pleasure to work with. Kudos to this office!

For the first time I felt an agent really cared about my needs. I recently switched with Mr Dave Frederickson and I couldn’t be happier. So far I have received wonderful service from Mr. Frederickson and his staff. I’ve been with State Farm for over 40 years. The reason is how caring and professional Dave and his perfectly selected team is. You really are treated with such attention to detail and being sure your needs are met. No hard sells. Dave is simply one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I had a great experience working with James Lopez. He responded promptly and was professional.
