Services
Prefer one-on-one training? Receive high level coaching and a program that is tailored specifically for your needs and goals. Nutrition guidance and planning are included with this program. These classes provide a motivating atmosphere where the focus is on increasing core strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Workouts are different every single day and have a format where you will never be bored. They are functional, meaning what you do in the gym will actually make you feel stronger in your day to day life. Our community is made up of mothers, fathers, teachers, first responders, 9-5ers and people just like you.
CrossFit is a fitness program that will change your life. By it's definition, it uses "constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity". As a truly functional program, the difficulty level of our daily workouts is designed to be increased or decreased, depending upon the individual.
A little over two years ago, I nervously started boot camp at Crossfit Pawling. On the first day of the camp, I was asked for a short term and long term goal. I knew my short term, but I was not sure how big my long term goal should be. I decided to go big and put down that I wanted to weigh under 200 pounds(this would require losing 94 pounds).

I'd love to talk about the space, the trainers, the hours, or basically anything about the business, unfortunately I can't. My husband and I went in multiple times to talk
to them, and were pretty much blatantly ignored. we left our numbers every time and no one bothered to get back to us, one time a trainer talked to us and seemed very disinterested in our business, at one point the owner saw us and didn't even bother to acknowledging us. I have no idea why but I do know this is no way to run a business.

I love the the community that Keith and Dana have built here! Shoutout to all the coaches, especially Alexis, Patsy, Paige! You’re all super knowledgeable about health and fitness and I appreciate your ability to customize a workout to each person’s abilities. I came to this CrossFit feeling like I had a decent working knowledge of fitness, but I’ve been helped to see how much more there is to learn. I would definitely recommend coming here if you want to get/stay healthy and fit and want to join a community of fun loving individuals who have the same goal :)

This place is amazing and changed everything I thought I knew about fitness. It is a very clean and well maintained facility. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Whether you are in a private session or a group class, you are still getting the trainers full attention. They will motivate you to continually raise the bar for yourself. The folks that make up the group classes are very welcoming and inspiring. Health is promoted in every possible way via nutritional counseling as well as many other public community educational lectures held at their facility.

Best decision I have ever made for myself. Crossfit Pawling has changed my life. I tried everything out there and this is the only gym that I have stuck with for over 3 years now. The coaches are always there for you and will modify any workout. You will never find a group of dedicated coaches anywhere else. They are committed to you and help you achieve your goals whatever they may be. This is such an amazing place and the sense of community is unbelievable.
