Host of her own Television Fitness Segment "Get Lean With Jolene" (Hudson TV) and Personal Trainer to the stars, Jolene Ballard is a nationally known certified Group Fitness Instructor, Fitness Expert, Model and Writer as well as a celebrity Personal Trainer.

She has been seen on such shows as Good Morning America, The Today Show, Good Day New York, Wendy Williams, Real Housewives of New Jersey (Seasons 4 & 5), Wendy Williams Show, WPLJ, Saturday Night Live and has hosted many DVD's including the "AbCoaster", "The Secret To Winning Beauty Pageants", among a plethora of other on-camera jobs.

Yoga Classes in New Fairfield, CT without the price tag of an expensive studio. Prime Time Fitness has a couple different Yoga Classes available based on difficulty & expertise. Yoga is appropriate for a intermediate to advanced exerciser who wants to build flexibility, strengthen their core and unwind.
Spinning Classes at Prime Time are different than most gyms nearby because each instructor puts their own spin on it! Led by a Certified Spinning Instructor, this class offers a challenging, safe and effective workout. Music is selected from a variety of genres and routine varies by week. Modifications are offered to enable participation at any fitness level.
