I initially reached out to Prime Insurance as they are an ELP with Dave Ramsey. Since then, they have helped us several times on finding the best insurance rates and updating information as needed. They are amazing! Very helpful and patient with answering any questions that we have. They do all the work and we save money.

I highly recommend using this company. My agent De Zerr was very helpful to help me get the right insurance. They were very responsive to emails, very professional and also was able to cut cost down on my insurance 2 separate times before I had to have my policy initiate. Saving me hundreds of dollars on my insurance. Very thankful I chose to work with Prime.

When I talked to Ryan the first time, he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He asked me questions that would help him understand the insurance that we needed. The quotes he sent me were a great match and at a good price point for our needs. My family and I recently moved to the Kansas City area. We were referred to Ryan’s office by our agent of over 20 years from Mississippi. With just one phone call to get homeowner/auto quotes. After nearly 35 years with the same agency I decided I needed to shop around. I was buying a new home and had several changes that needed to be made and quickly. I definitely wanted 'an agency' and not just an online sign up deal. PIA was recommended to me by a family member who used to be in the business of selling insurance. I value his opinion so I called and they had me set up with coverage for home, auto and a couple of other items within a day. It was perfect. Karly was amazing, getting me quotes as quickly as possible and then getting it all in the system before closing on my home. Good

Ryan was prompt to respond to my inquiry and Karly was professional and detailed when answering my nit-picky questions about her insurance quote for me. They asked great questions which led to Karly processing my insurances in less than 1 week!
I found Prime Insurance through Dave Ramsey's ELP service which speaks volume to the integrity of the organization in my opinion.
