What would i have done if I didn't find Baldwin Insurance Agency?! For starters, I would have WAY over paid for my car insurance! Heather Bramble saved the day for me and is SO easy to get a hold of! I feel like I am appreciated and taken care of and not just a random customer in the system. They even sent me an ADORABLE Christmas Card with everyone in the office and their children- it made me feel like family! Fyi, Progressive insurance is the worst. They change your due date without notice, charge you twice in one month, and ruin your bank account. Maybe some agents keep in touch but mine (Brittany at Baldwin Insurance in Kearney Mo) not only didn't keep in touch but dodged my calls for so many months that I finally gave up on ever actually reaching… her. When I called PROGRESSIVE I was told that they're allowed to pull this date-switching BS every six months. They said they'd mailed me to notify me but the mail was returned to them unopened (because I never received it due to the fact that the

Steve was great to work with. They answered their phone every time and always got back with me in a timely manner. I have no doubt that they will give me excellent service if I ever have to file a claim.
