I was born and raised in Kansas City North. I am a Park Hill Trojan before transitioning to a Westminster College Bluejay. I did become a Missouri Tiger for graduate school. Being from the Northland, I understand the people here and their insurance needs. Our purpose is to serve the surrounding communities of Liberty, Kansas City, Glenaire, Claycomo, Kearney, and Gladstone as well as the many other small towns in our area!

My old agent was so much harder to deal with. I'd ask for something that was wrong to be fixed and then still get billed or the address would still be wrong. I switched to Brett and one call to Donna she fixed everything and sent me updates and called me to make sure everything went smoothly! Not only that but she would find things that she thought was weird and call to ask if i knew and wanted them fixed! She goes above and beyond anyone i have ever worked with. I am so happy with them and enjoy talking to Donna. Thank you for making my life a lot easier! Very pleased with my service!

We have been more than satisfied our recent experience with State Farm after an accident. Bret's team quickly put us in touch with the right people and we got immediate help. Our claim was handled professionally in a timely manner. We may pay more but I am willing to pay more to get the quality service State Farm provides.

I have been a customer with these amazing folks since 1998 (that's 21 years)! They have helped me through many life changes and I have never had a problem. They have insured myself and my children. They will always give you an honest answer, even if it's one I didn't want to hear. Great PEOPLE (love you Donna), Great Choice! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Bret and his staff are wonderful. Donna & Heidi are very personable and go above and beyond. I have been a customer for over 15 years starting with my first car. Donna took the time to make sure I understood my responsibilities as a driver and what to do if I ever had a wreck or break down. They continued to be just as wonderful when I got my first place and needed renters insurance and helped me smoothly transfer that as I moved a few times. It was a no brainer for me on where I was going to get life insurance once my children were born. Thanks to them I understood all the different options and

I have had insurance with Bret for 15 years now. Through the years Donna (My favorite Donna), has helped me every step of the way! She has been through several major life events with me. I have always relied on her to get me through! They have the best customer service, best deals on insurance, and will have me as a customer for life!
