Ansley At Roberts Lake

I have been living here for over 6 months now and enjoying life at this complex more and more. The property is maintained very well, the staff promotes local food trucks, charity drives for the local community, and social events for the residents.
The maintenance team is quick to respond when needed, and go above and beyond with their work. The office staff is professional, knowledgeable, and work with everyone to handle any situation.

I love the green spaces in they layout! I have made some awesome friends. It is conveniently located: Arboretum, walking/hiking trails, dining and other attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I love Ansley and the people - so nice, such a clean space, always makes me so thankful to live here! I always step out on my balcony and am amazed that I am blessed enough to live in such a beautiful place

Ansley has been the perfect apartment for my roommates and I during school. The apartment is a great space and lots of natural light for my plants. I love the diverse population of people here and the amenities are great. Rent is affordable and the management is good. My only real critique is the lack of available visitors spots for when we have family or friends to visit.

There are many reviews about towing / parking that bring the review rating down but I want to say I’ve been living here for a year (2020-21) and I’ve had zero complaints about the establishment or the apartments. It’s been a lovely experience. There have been parking spaces available always. I highly recommend Ansley as an affordable nice living community. That’s hard to find in the Asheville area!

New management is doing a fantastic job! Staff is amazing. I’ve. Pool is great. Grounds are kept clean. There is a tanning bed. (Cool bonus) Maintenance is quick and friendly. Off the main rd and Gate keeps people from cutting through which is a plus if you have kids that may be playing outside compared to other places on long shoals and hendersonville where I wouldn’t feel safe with my kid alone outside. It feels more like a neighborhood here.
The only con is the developer simply didn’t build enough parking so I rent to garage. If you can’t budget that in take in to consideration we don’t

My experience at Ansley at Roberts Lake has hands down been the best experience moving into and living in an apartment. What initially struck me when I drove through was a genuine and friendly community demonstrated by the staff as well as the residents. Now I know it was genuine. I looked at numerous places and so glad I chose Ansley at Roberts Lake.
We all have a “wishlist” so if I had to come up with something it would be a place onsite to send out and receive packages. Otherwise I truly can’t think of anything else.

Don't live here if you've got a roommate or want somewhere to park without having to walk a mile to your apartment. I moved out end of December and left the apartment to my roommate, signed all the proper paperwork and did as directed. They deemed my roommate didn't make enough money to live there alone and kept me on the lease without even letting me know. I will be speaking with my lawyer tomorrow and if his debt ever touches my credit I'll be suing them. There's absolutely no parking. The trash pickup has so many rules there's no point to it. The pool sucks. Rent is insane. Just live somewhere

I lived at Ansley at Roberts Lake for a year and it was one of the best apartment experiences I have ever had. Below is my experience:
Pros:
The grounds were immaculate and someone would come around almost every day to pick up any trash or debris.
The leasing office staff is very helpful and you can tell they care about their residents.
The maintenance team was excellent and timely. I only had a few minor maintenance issues the whole time I was there, but they were handled right away. The apartments are very well maintained.
The community is very safe and secure. I never once felt uncomfortable

This year I helped the friend of mine move into his new luxury apartment, and from the moment we stepped through the front doors we were treated not just like potential clients but more like family visiting for the holidays. My friend got his apartment and I was allowed to stay the week to help him settle in the entire time the staff didn't treat me like visitor but more like a resident. There's always a smile and a good morning by name, hot coffee, a warm fire and even good conversation from the staff. I will be moving into one of the apartments here as soon as possible and I highly recommend
