Thank you Dr. Malone. Wonderful experience always for 10+ years with him. Has helped with my dry eyes recommending better eye drops over the counter than what I was using, got me a better frame that is more "toddler resistant" and the staff (all always friendly) helped me navigate through all insurance and cost of each item, every step of the way.

Horrible experience on the cost . I have both vision plan and medical insurance . I went for vision check and ended up spending extra $199 for a dry eye evaluation and another $266 for “ temporary” sleeve that Dr Malone kept saying it’s not punctal duct plug. Then after it’s done , he told me I had to go back 2 more times and each time I have to pay $266 again because what was done was a temporary one. This is really a business place, not a health care provider. Then I found out it was punctal duct plug which other doctors may just charge $50. I was told it’s a 3 step procedure , but

I have been a patient at Vision Source with Dr. Danny Malone for over 25 years. Vision Source has "machines" and technicians to check everything from retinal health to dry eye care. I have dry eyes and I come to Plano's Vision Source from Galveston. (333 miles) to get punctals to help my dry eyes. Great Care and Glasses Service as well!

Dr. Malone is top notch! I have been a patient of his for many years, and travel more than one hour to see him. He spends a considerable amount of time with me, explaining everything and answering all questions I may have. Dr. Danny Malone and his staff are the shining star of superb service and quality. I've been going to Dr. Malone for all my vision needs for about 4 or 5 years now. A colleague at work recommended him. Then after my experience, I referred two more colleagues. Now we have a little VisonSource Plano club :) . Dr. Malone's bedside manner is like nothing I've ever seen for eye care. Truly wonderful place and excellent care.

Dr. Malone is the most thorough optometrist I've ever gone to for my vision. I've worn contact lenses for over 45 years. No optometrist has fitted me as well as Dr. Malone. Also, I was just diagnosed with diabetes. He is so thorough with my exam. He has up to date technology that shows every part of my eye , and what is going on with my eyes, and the diabetes. His technology and expertise is second to none of any optomologist.

When I suffered a retinal detachment he took me through the entire process from surgery to recovery and working with the FAA to get me back in the sky. He personally saved my career and that of several other professional pilots.
Dr Malone is without question the best eye Doctor I have ever worked with and I cannot recommend him enough. If you really want to take care of your eyes and if your vision is important to you there is nowhere else that you should go.

Dr Malone for the past several years has prescribed new glasses for my husband. Each time after spending hundreds of dollars he saw little improvement. Finally frustrated because of his inability to get glasses that really helped, my husband went to a doctor at a Lens Crafters. He was told he had cataracts and that there wasn't a way to fix his vision with glasses. After having surgery on just one eye so far, his vision is so different he is over joyed and I am furious. Dr Malone is either incompetent, greedy or both. My husband's vision was compromised and I hope Dr Malone has doctors

I have been going to Dr Malone for over 4 years now. Got his reference through a friend of mine who got Lasik procedure done by him. Dr. Malone is very meticulous at his work and goes in detail to explain everything going on with your eyes. All of his staff are extremely professional and take good care of all your needs. He accepts most Eye insurances available and gives you a good break up of what your out of pocket cost would be.
