Ryan Showed up after I waited 3 to 4 hours for a towing service through AAA. he knew exactly what to do even when the steering wheel was locked. he loaded my car onto the flatbed truck and away we went. Ryan was efficient, competent, and knowledgeable about this type of situation.He knew exactly what he was doing and I do appreciate him so much for helping me out on a Sunday afternoon

I CONTACTED UPMANS AFTER THEY TOWED MY CAR. I ASKED IF THEY COULD TELL ME IF THE TIRE WAS FLAT SO IS KNOW WETHER TO GO AND BIT THE SPARE BEFORE GOING TO RETRIEVE MY VEHICLE. !!!!NO ONE WOULD GO AND PHYSICALLY LOOK AT MY VEHICLE AND TELL ME!!!! I'M A DISABLED VET AND I THINK THAT WE CAN DO BETTER AT SERVING PITT FELLOW MAN!!!

I called and they told me my tow would cost 170$ to the address I provided then after I came there they changed the price on me and told me it would cost 200$ so I was very unsatisfied because they raised the price on me last minute. I was also greeted with horrible customer service by the workers and the owner/ manager himself, they were very rude and unprofessional.

Here I am stranded in the middle of i75 south. The transfer case on my truck exploded. I Called and spoke with Brandy. She was amazing and got me someone on the way. I expected it to take forever. Before I knew… it a driver named Boyd called my cell phone to let me know he was 10 mins out. I was amazed and before I knew it he was there. He transported the truck and I to my house without incident. Will definitely be using them for any further incidents if they may arise. Thank you Boyd and Brandy!!!

Terrible ! Charged me $183.00 for towing my car from a vacant bank parking lot. I was not even there for an hour and my car was towed 8 miles up the road $183.00!! My daughter and I did not see any sign posted where we were parked. Would only allow cash and the man at the window was rude and disrespectful. Robbery!

Literally just saw one of their drivers leaving walmart in Lakewood Ranch at 12:45am doing about 50 in a parking lot, blatantly ran 2 stops signs and 2 red lights in a huge semi tow truck within even slowing down. Just ran right through them so he could run into a speedway and get 2 pink monster drinks. Wow. Causing accidents and taking lives to… get a monster drink. Losers. Guy was a scrawny guy with glasses. Really should at least slow down at stop signs before you kill someone. Jeez running 2 stop signs and 2 red lights in less than 30 seconds must be a new record.
