I was going to leave my horrible experience but I see with the 1.5 star rating and the other horror stories that mine would just be another and they care about no one and just their money that they get by being a trash company. Cars of working people being towed all day all night. It's sad to watch! Half of my grocery's were taken by them. (Delivery) there is no loading zone. So they are taking advantage of a situation and it's disgusting. I even witnessed them try to tow a UPS truck but bystanders started yelling and he let the tow truck go. Most recently there is people working at the bank having petition signed and he threatened them if they threaten his business. But if I was standing there I would tell people to. It's called being a good person.

My complex redid the pavement and I had my guest park at visitors were people have been parking the last 4 years and they came and picked up the car. Highly frustrated and definitely calling the complex in a few hours when they open. That shouldn’t have been done,

They steal cars from visitor parking locations and the customer entrance is not handicap friendly or accessible. They are in Kahootz with inlet bay sharing origins from stolen cars inlet bay refuses to fix the entrance so Commtow can enter after hours no issue to steal cars. Twice within 6 months I've had cars stolen by this company if I could I would give 0 stars or less shut this business down

These thieves picked up my car at Fountain Lake when I was parked in a poorly marked resident spot NEXT to the visitor spot, of which they are only 6 and were taken . They do their rounds at 2:30am, as shady companies do and hold you car hostage. I'm out $190 for no damn reason at all. And don't get me started on that ray of sunshine fupa camel toe magilacuty in the office. These low life's need a real profession. You're glorified robbers. You're trash.

They tow without warning or any kind of notice. My friend was helping me move and had her car in the "guest" parking and when we came out an hour later the car was gone. The "patrol" apartment complexes in st Pete to pounce on cars for no reason
$175 bucks, they tow cars nightly without being called or asked.
They don't work for or with these places they prey on unsuspecting victims and probably make thousands every night on people that are parked for less than a few hours
Take my advice, park on the street and get a 20$ ticket from the city

I was dropping food off for my sick son, left my car for 10 minutes, came out & caught them towing my car away, he said I was parked in a wrong space which was not marked do not park & he charged me $65. to drop my car, rude, selfish SOB.

My car was towed by this company through my apartment around midnight (their time of tow showed 2am or thereabout). Avoid getting towed by this company cos their rates are freaking expensive. They also make more money by towing your car in the middle of the night so you end up paying extra charges since they open by 8am.
When I called in the morning before getting to work, I was told I'll have to pay $173. When I went there around 3pm to pick my car, I was charged $199.75. $25 was added to the inital charges cos they said my car had been there 6hrs after it was towed which is ridiculous to me

A crooked company that preys on the misfortunes of people and will take any opportunity to tow a car, regardless of the situation. I got a flat tire in my apartment complex,, parked in a spot that i pay for, I noticed the flat at 10 am, I got another ride to work, and upon returning home at 4pm, they had already slapped a notice on my car that said it would be towed in 24 hours if i did not get the flat fixed. They have no regard for anything other than carrying out the one simple task that their mind will allow them to complete at once. A bunch of low lifes with nothing better to do than enforce

I went upstairs for 4 minutes to change my shorts. No other tow company could have gotten my car in that small of a window. They are the best in the business. Every employee was perfect for the job. Not a single square inch of their bodies were untattooed and they never didn’t have a cigarette lit. No company does it better!

This is NOT an ethical company. They will not provide any valid evidence to justify their towing. They lack empathy and are rude to customers trying to get their vehicles back. They are not clear on expectations and how transactions are processed.
Calling the 1-800 number takes you to dispatch that can only set and appointment.
The office will only accept cash/debit payments to prevent disputes, and once you accept the receipt, you waive your dispute rights for accepting fault.

Horrible service and they stole things out of my vehicle when they towed it. Very inflexible in times like this and I am high risk so I didn't appreciate the man in the bucket hat rummaging through my car stealing my things and looking for my insurance card when I was told to just email it to him. Very unprofessional company.

4 cars towed, they're overpriced, even for a same hour pick up. They'll tow your car without warning, which would be nice in some cases. Then when you attempt to pick it up the people I've spoke to are extremely unpleasant on the phone, which I assume is because people are typically angry with them.
If you can talk to the guy with dreads he's the only one that's been polite and genuine.

They have great service! This isn't a place you ideally want to be because it is a towing company but, my best friends car got towed and they took great care of the vehicle. The property manager arrived 30 minutes early for our appointment. (Make sure to book an appointment) and they even covered the sun roof because it was open at the time of towing. Really overall great! Speedy process of getting you vehicle back.

I have a scooter & a car here at the complex. For over a year I shared my scooter parking space with a boy who lived upstairs and his scooter. Because my scooter is so small I feel guilty about taking up an entire space. He has since moved out of the complex and now I have to park my scooter alone. Because it is so small and hard to see when parked, often, people swing in to park in what appears to be an empty space, nearly hitting my scooter.
