They dont even deserve one star. Absolute crooks all of them. They will steal your car and charge you to get it back and its legal! The employees are incredibly rude and dont care what the situation is. I have had the unpleasure of dealing with matts towing 3 times now and every time was worse than the last. How they are able to continue with what they do is beyond me. Beware!

I'm a senior, disabled, veteran. My car was stolen. Matt charged me over $400.00 to get my car back, including $100.00 for waiting while MCSO processed car, well after midnight!
Who gets $100.00 per hour!!??!!??
As a AAA tow truck driver, I certainly never did!!! I had to wait, all the time, for people to come out of stores, restaurants, even back to car from home!!!
Towed while I was on my way to pick it up! When I went to see how much bill was, I told the lady there I didn't get my disability check for four more days. She told me that if I don't pick it up in a timely fashion, they WOULD PUT

They were rude from the first call, and will only take cash. The place doesn't have prices posted, which is illegal, even if they Saud they were getting "repainted", it isn't an excuse, which I have pictures to prove. They only except cash, which isn't posted on their website, and the price to get my stolen vehicle back was $406 for 4 days. Then they sent me a certified letter to put a lien on my vehicle after I picked it up. I will file a formal complaint with the county later this week. The owner, Matthew McKinnon has not returned my call, and I had to search public records just to figure out
