Services
We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed.

My husband and I moved to Raleigh a year ago. We moved into Treeline Timber Creek with Jennifer’s expert help. What meant to be a temporary stay(6months) turned into 1 year due to delays with the construction of our new home. The entire staff, Jennifer, Saarah, and Ginna have been accommodating and helpful with southern hospitality thrown in!! Thank you to the maintenance team also for quick and friendly service!!

I would like to say that I have been renting luxury apartments in the Garner area for the last 15 years. The staff here at Treeline Timber Creek are by far the best sevice and experience I have had. They go above and beyond expectation. I had a emergency around midnight last night Kevin answered my call quickly and resolved the problem. The Management team Jennifer and Saraah make it a joy to live here. If you are looking for luxury living with a great staff this community is a no Brainer.

Been a resident for over a year now and I love it! The office staff is so kind and willing to help you out right away. When there are issues in the apartment the maintenance is so quick to come resolve it. They also try to do activities for the residents which is so great! I hope they continue to do more of these!

Jennifer and the property management team are great. The layout of the apartments are ideal and have high-end features.
However, if you want to enjoy your stay, GET A TOP FLOOR. Otherwise, YOU WILL HEAR EVERYTHING YOUR NEIGHBOR DOES ABOVE YOU.
When I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING. I cannot stress this enough.
It also seems as if a street racing team joined the community recently. But if you like hearing revving engines after 10pm every night, this place is for you!
