Felix Auto Body is a complete auto body repair and maintenance facility, having started in 1981 in a small building in Springfield. After expanding the original building several times, it now has grown into three buildings. Felix Auto Body incorporated in 1996, after 15 years as a sole proprietorship.
Company founder and president, John DeCesare, has grown the business from a single operator, and now to 7 full-time employees. All makes and models of cars are repaired and restored by Felix Auto Body. On most days, vehicles from domestic manufacturers, along with the most expensive European and Japanese cars, are entrusted to the capable hands of Felix Auto Body.

Services
When does my insurance company inspect my car? Some insurance companies want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your car repaired. You can do this (if your car is fit to drive), or you may leave your car at our shop and ask that the insurance company inspect the car here. If I get more than one estimate, should I go with the lowest one?

I accidentally put a HUGE dent in my car. Cracked it and everything. I was recommended Felix's from Morisi insurance and for $1600 not one person would ever know I put such a huge dent in my car. I think they are straight up magicians at Felix Auto body. To top things off, they cleaned my car, inside and out and made it look even better than it did when I bought it from the dealership. Not sure how that's even possible but I will absolutely be using Felix's if I need it for detailing or auto body, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

It's an amazing place! fliex auto body is a diamond in the location! so clean, friendly and professional! my card got a hit, one part of shifted. i went there for evaluate, they fixed right away, pushed the part back to the place without asking me to pay! so efficient and so help! I will go back for everything if i need car service, I would recommend for everyone! thank you!

First time in 10 years that I needed an auto body shop. Checked on line, saw some good posts for Felix. Arrived and saw a friend there by coincidence. Felt reassured. Work was done as ordered, on time and less money that originally quoted. My car looks new again. Had a new bumper, my hatch back door handle replaced and detailing. Thanks Bill and Betty and Lester.

We just picked up a car that we had her for a complete detail. Dropped it off at 8:30 am called at 3:30 was not completed yet. Asked when it would be done and told around 4:45. Called me at 5:05 with an attitude said we are trying to leave, told them they never said when they were closing and I do not see why it took 8 1/2 hrs to do a detail job that I had an appointment for. When I arrived shorty later the woman at the desk just slammed my keys on desk and looked back at her computer. I then got in my car and seats were soaked. They obviously just started the job when I called to pick it up at
