Chef Monty P was born and raised in the Bay area. He relocated to Texas in 1984 after attending the acclaimed California Culinary Academy where he was the first Afro-American to graduate at the top of his class.

I was lead to Catering by Monty P because he catered a small party that I attended and the menu/food were very impressive. I was hosting about 40 women in an intimate setting and opted to serve myself to keep costs manageable. The menu consisted of 2 appetizers/2 meats/2 salads/Stuffing/Potatoes and bread choices. The food arrived timely and was presentation ready. Along with being VERY tasty (hard crowd to please), the portion that was provided would have fed more than the 40 comfortably.
