I highly recommend this location! The staff is always kind, efficient, and helpful. Dr. Dvoretsky explains everything clearly and is very honest with his patients. Frankie was also super friendly and helpful with my boyfriend and I when picking out our frames. They make going to the eye doctor a breeze!

Amazing experience here! Had eye problems for quite sometime but always regretted going to get my eyes checked due to some poor experiences with other optometrist. Dr. Sabina Oboukova was competent, friendly and paid attention to my concerns. She hooked me up with a ton of freebies and explained what is going on with my eyes.

I would not change eye doctors for anything in the world. VistaSite is and shall remain my go-to place when it comes to my vision care. Dr. Dvoretsky is amazing. Boris, the apparent new manager here, is a good reminder of why it is so great that breathing is an automatic reflex for humans; otherwise someone as lazy as Boris wouldn't last a minute.
I bought my glasses here appx 6 yrs ago & as well new lenses here appx 4 yrs ago.
Today I went in to see if they had clip-on sunglasses; they didn't.
The store was empty---no other customer.
So I asked if they could tell me the appx size of my oval-ish frames so I could order them online....2 women at the front desk were friendly but called over the apparent manager.

Called to see if I could come in last minute and get glasses with a new prescription. I was hesitant because of the poor reviews that states they try and over sell you. I did not have that same experience, maybe because insurance paid for some of it I was not as shocked at the sticker price, but they are designer frames so I expected it. Anyways I walked out very happy with a very smooth experience, thank you!

This place is horrendous. Unethical. A complete scam that delivers a totally defective product for an astronomical price and will charge you to fix it.
I am so disappointed in myself for purchasing my glasses here! And once you've paid them it's already too late. Everything I needed to have a functional pair of glasses was wrong. And now I'm out $400+ dollars with zero to show for it.
1) The anti glare coating they sold me on created a speckled effect that makes my glasses look dirty at all times. 2) when I was gently cleaning my (like-new barely used!) glasses while waiting

They are really nice to you until they're done making a sale. My sis went in there and unfortunately ended up buying a pair of glasses for over 800 bucks. They pressure you to buy their most expensive pairs of glasses. She returned less than half hr later after she realized the mistake and they refused to give her the money back or change her order. My sister came from there crying to me how she got an eye exam and was told she needed glasses and the lady convinced her to buy a certain pair. At the end it was $800 something for only one pair! She wanted to cancel it as soon as she purchased it because it was too much and she never purchased glasses in her life. The lady said too late you've already been charged it's non refundable no refunds. My sister called me crying and even tried to dispute the charges but her bank said it was up to them. I had to stalker call the receptionist for one month to order my contact lenses. They kept forgetting to call me back. I agree with the other reviews the doc is great! But the staff is awful. The doc told me to just call and order the lenses since I've been using them for 15 years. The receptionist refused to believe me. Which resulted in a long calling back game.

Doctor Dvoretsky, was pretty much the only guy in there that was welcoming and helpful. The Staff is teriible and can use some politness and pateints with the customers. If you call to ask a question they rush you and put you on hold and never come back without even saying that they will put you on hold.
I called today to ask about a procedure and wanted to double check when was my most recent visit on their records, a staff member answered and did not listen to my full question, interupted and told me to call my insurance for anything I said. I just wanted to ask for costs, when I was there

I came here because they were in network with my employers cover insurance plan. What a mistake. From them originally selling me glasses less than what my insurance covered, then talking down to be because I opted not to pay anything additional( since this was my sons first pair of glasses and he is 5 yes old). In my mind $170.00 is enough. Well I don't wear glasses so I'm going off their recommendation on what frame to select. I select one that breaks right away. It bends and then ultimately breaks. I go to return it and again the condescending speech begins from one of the associates

I'll begin by saying that Dr. Dvoretsky was helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I wish he could have handled all aspects of my appointment.
That being said, the rest of the staff are absolutely AWFUL. It felt like they went out of their way to embarrass me, having conversations throughout the whole store about how terrible my insurance was. I paid the additional almost $200 they charged, just so they would stop embarrassing me. I left the store in tears.
Will NEVER go back, unless every single one of them is fired. DON'T GO HERE.

The doctors and staff are exceptional at their craft. They have excellent knowledge overall and the customer service from everyone shows how much they care for each individual patient.
The doctors are thorough and caring, and the attendants and Physician's Assistants take the time to make sure each detail is covered. I feel very fortunate that there is a place like this uptown.

I came with glasses on instead of my contact lenses so it would be easier for the doctor to ascertain what prescription I needed (since taking off my glasses for the exam is faster than taking off my lenses for the exam). Wow I see such mixed reviews for VistaSite. I am surprised. I have been a patient and a customer here for 3+ years. They are wonderful. Two examples:
I wanted a pair of prescription sunglasses for a trip overseas. They told me they would be ready in time (it was like 3 days) and that was the reason I made the purchase. There was problems getting the lenses in time and the doctor literally drove them to my house at 10pm the night before I left so I would get them in time. That's pretty good service, caring about their word that I would have my glasses in time.

This is a first rate business, where customer service is a top priority. We first took our daughter here for glasses, because they take our insurance. Even though I doubt they made much on that pair of glasses, they have always been more than happy to put in the time. Any adjustments and tweaks are always done right.
When we wanted to get another pair we shopped around, but found ourselves back at vista. The quality of their products are top notch. We ended up getting our little girl a pair of amazing Safilo kids glasses, and the price was very good for the glasses.
