If there is a -5 star option, i would give them. But unfortunately, the lowest is 1 star. Worst place ever.. Both towing company and the mechanic shop. They charge way extra for everything. Towing drivers got attitude, lazy, rude and don't want to cooperate or even work. The mechanic wants thousands of dollars for a 400$ fix. Stay away guys and find another reasonable mechanic and towing company.

I’d like to sincerely thank and commend Mike’s Towing for the quality of their service related to the recovery of my flooded car off of Rt. 287 during Storm Ida. Every person I spoke to at Mike’s was very professional and effective in helping me along the way. “Mike” himself helped remove the license plates from my car and I witnessed him interacting with other customers in a compassionate and helpful way. A lot of towing companies get a bad rap for various valid or invalid reasons, but Mike’s deserves nothing but very high marks across the board.

I just had Mike's Towing & Recovery do both my my vehicles state emissions test. Anthony was really nice and it was great to be able to do some work on my pc with the free WIFI. I'd give five stars if the waiting room was a bit bigger and nicer. But it was a great value and really convenient and Anthony was great to work with on the phone too. This tow company ( car service) is one of the most unprofessional tow truck companies Im dealing with , very slick, and liers , overcharged service , in the Somerset county area ! They will do whatever it takes to take advantage of your situation whatever that is , and worse when you don’t know what are you getting yourselves into ! Please be aware and advice of this Mikes Towing Truck and Car Services and avoid them at all cost or Else ( it will cost you big bucks out of your pocket)

I had a great experience with Mike’s. I needed a vehicle transported to a garage and the driver, Adam, was very prompt, professional, and courteous. When I called the office to schedule the appointment I was given a quote for the transport. When the job was done, the fee was exactly as quoted. I would definitely use their services again. GOUGING at it finest...... So hubby was one of this cars stuck on 287 last night because plow trucks pushed all the snow infornt of the exits. 5 cars being stuck so state police call the tow truck to help people get out not even 5 feet. $350 charged on our card when we were first were told 250$. Hubby questions the tow truck guy and he says I got… your truck on the tow I can bring it to the yard it you want or take the 350.00 charge. And laughed in his face while handing him back the credit card. Gouging it is called this is sick and crazy how they Rob people. And charge the card another
