Chuck is my go to guy at Value Towing. My HOA does a subpar job at snow plowing so of course I was stuck pulling into my development after work. When you’ve had a long day at work, that’s the last thing you need happening to you. But Chuck showed up within a couple of mins and got me out. He was even able to help me get into my parking spot. All the while getting snowed on. Value Towing truly has the kindest and most professional guys out there.

We own a classic car. First time out the ignition coil failed. The The usual service we use did not have the proper equipment to flat bed the car. Value was recommended, the office staff was very helpful, the flatbed arrived quickly, and Nino the operator was extremely diligent, explained every step, and proceeded to do an excellent job from start to finish.
Would recommend very highly to anyone who needs this type of service.

Nino will be the only person I will be contacting to tow my vehicles. He previously towed my car when I ran out of gas and was full of positive energy and explained the whole process in a clear manner. Two weeks later I called Value Towing and asked for him again to tow my daughters vehicle to a dealership. He is always prompt and gets the job done!

I was skeptical about using Value Towing after seeing the 1 star review on Yelp. However, my car was disabled and the two auto shops we contacted recommended Value Towing. (BTW if you need an auto repair shop, A&A Auto is fantastic!)
We called Value Towing and asked for the cash cost to tow from our house to the shop. We were told $100 and the truck would be there in 30 minutes. The truck came promptly in 30 minutes, he towed the truck, and we paid $100 cash. It was easy and done. No problems. The driver was friendly and professional. We would definitely use them again.

AWFUL COMPANY. DISRESPECTFUL OWNER. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
My daughter was in an accident and it took Value Towing about 2 hours to deliver my car 4.8 miles. After several calls I finally got my car and they wanted to charge me $175.00. Are you kidding me???
When I told them this was unacceptable because we waited so long, the owner started to argue with me then DEMANDED I pay him cash or he would take my car back to his yard. It was late at night and I didn't have cash available, his professional response was too bad load the car. The driver felt bad about the situation and he said he
