Billing with them really is a pain. They forget to bill and then will charge double the next time. I am pretty sure this is going to happen again because we weren't billed for the last service. It's a lot of you tracking them down to confirm if they have charged you yet. Their pricing is low, but what they don't tell you is that there is a fee if you want to pay by credit card, so overall, it's not that much lower compared to other companies that make payments seamless.

Not sure if it's every worker, but the guy that came over to the house was very rude, very demanding, and just overall horrible. I called the place yesterday and the guy who responded
(Danny) quoted me $99. But today when the worker came to my house, he doubled the price. He even demanded to be in my house alone for a whole hour. When I told him I didn't feel comfortable, he ignored me. When I was trying to call the center (Danny) to ask about the price and to resolve it, the guy said the bigger the house, the more expensive it will be. When I ask for a quote, the guy just rudely left

I called Habitat for a quote for an ant problem, Danny quoted me $99 for a guaranteed 30day treatment. They seemed nice and like an honest company. However, when the service man came to my home, he doubled the estimate to $200. When I told him I was quoted $99, he said that was not true, like I was a liar(?!) What kind of Customer Service is this? Then it got worse, the service man said if I proceed he must be alone for 1 hour in the house to put the bait traps in the home. I told him that I did not feel comfortable with this, and he literally got angry at me instead of working with me for a compromise

Don't be fooled by the quote, after their visit, the estimate increased by 160%. I asked the technician why so much higher than the quote, he said they never charge the original quote and doesn't know why the owner quotes that low. Classic bait and switch. Anyway I agreed and went ahead with the service since the price wasn't much higher than other quotes and he was already there.
After the service, the ant problem got way

First appointment they were extremely late. Had to call them to remind them I had an appointment. At the end of first appointment we agreed on a date for the second appointment. No call no show. I called and they said i didn't have one, said i had the form for conformation. They "fit" in on that Saturday the guy came in and ran through the house in 3 minutes and left didn't say anything or do a complete service!!! They tried to charge my credit card without authorization!!! This company is definitely not recommended!!!

New home owner with backyard, some kind of bug was biting us from the backyard, requested Habitat pesticide for a quote. Minh came home identified it was flea bites and explained the pesticide process in detail he did not oversell. We got the one year commitment. Did the flea treatment both inside and outside our house. The bites stopped in 4 days. Would definitely recommend this company.

I called 2 days in a row and spoke with someone who directed me to another persons voicemail. I left 2 voicemails and never got a response. I wanted an initial service and to sign up for a monthly service. Sad this didn't work out being that they have good reviews. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Gave me an estimate online before he showed up, so we had a good idea of what to expect to pay. This was a very helpful tool on Yelp, and they were the only ones to reply with an actual ballpark of what to expect.
Minh came out, checked out our property and walked me through what he would like to spray. He was extremely friendly, polite and professional. Minh listened to our ant problem (and occasional roach sighting in our garage in the summer), and we set up a schedule with them to come out every three months.
We are a bit early to spray now, but trying to get ahead of the season. Totally

They are quick to respond to your call. They provide excellant services. They eliminated cochroaches from my rental on the first spraying. the came back a second time, only to eliminate any small ones or their eggs. I was super happy. I just called them again, for mice and already on only two spraying, I have not seen ANYMORE evidence of there presence.
