Jay is fantastic. We suspected a bed bug problem at our home. We initially contacted a big-name vendor who tried hard to sell treatment, regardless of the existence of the problem. I called up Jay to schedule an inspection and talk about potential treatment options. Jay showed up on time and honestly told us that he could not find any activity and advised us on not spending money on an unnecessary treatment.

I had roof rats and I found this company and Jay on Nextdoor app. I explained what was going on in my attic. I showed him the holes and after his Handyman friend Duncan Cook removed some of the metal panels it was easier to get too. In the photos is shows three holes. The left of the chimney there was a very small hole that he filled in with a wire fence material, then filled it in foam. The second hole was much larger and Jay screwed in the wire fence material as showed. The third hole just needed a metal sheeting material screwed to house as showed in photo. I was very concerned when multiple bug bits showed up on my arm. In a frenzy I called a whole bunch of places (6-8 places) but none were as helpful as Jay. He got the full story and provided great advice on how to proceed/look out for. I also appreciated the email with clear instructions and logistics. Would highly recommend!

Thank you to K9 Bug Finder, out of shear desperation I called them for advice regarding a rat infestation at my animal sanctuary -even though I was clear across the country. Jay is incredibly knowledgable on various subject matters related to insect infestations in general. I had a bed bug issue and Jay was able to provide clarity in an otherwise confusing and frustrating time. From explaining how to identify the issue, dealing with the property owners and selecting a good service to handle it - Jay was able to answer… all my questions.
