The owner came out about an hour 1/2 after first contact. I had tried (2) other exterminator/ rodent control companies with one coming by with a sales pitch & no action. Im having family for Christmas & my place smelled of dead rat! He came by & after listening he immediately suited up head to toe & went under my house looking for the odor source. He found a dead rat & retrieved it. He also was willing for an additional fee to go up in the attic if necessary. Honest, quick, communicative, reliable. Excellent service & I will have his crew back to rat proof my place soon
