New Brighton Place Apartments is a family-owned community of comfortable one, two, and three bedroom apartments in Albany, California. Our residents enjoy Albany's diversity and small town ambience on the east shore of the famously beautiful San Francisco Bay landscape, with easy public transportation and freeway access to San Francisco.
Named in honor of Albany, New York, the City of Albany's motto is "Urban Village by the Bay". It occupies the northern tip of Alameda County, bordering Berkeley to the south and east. Albany's 1.7 square miles of land is primarily residential, with a large bay waterfront. Our landscape is generally flat, with the exception of Albany Hill, a large open space landmark and park in the path of the cool sea winds blowing through the Golden Gate.

New Brighton Place Apartments has three levels of one, two, and three bedroom apartments in six separate buildings that are connected by walkways, stairwells, and elevators. These floorplans show the usable floor space in our apartments. Many rentals are advertised by square footage, so if you are comparing the square footage of apartments it helps to know how it's being calculated.
