This mgmt. company is an arm of Caldecott construction. After 3 yrs of renovations in my building and endless impositions and back peddling I finally need to state for the public that it’s best not to get involved with this operation. The staff at the office are polite but ineffectual. The contractor pays unskilled and unsupervised workers. The owner plays fast and loose with blue prints and aggravates a neighbor. It’s disappointing to see such in professionalism.
