Apartments Of River Trace

I have been searching for an apartment for two months. I have called and searched and it has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Until I spoke with Mary at River Trace apartments.
From the very first call, Mary was so kind and patient. She made sure I knew everything about their beautiful apartments, took the time to answer every one of my questions and even gave me a tips on how to find out when an apartment was available. Following her tips I happened on an available unit that night and filled out an application. Mary was so kind to call me to review my application. Not even

Odalys is the assistant manager and she is phenomenal. Very kind & very helpful she will do anything she can to make sure you are satisfied. The maintenance crew is amazing as well .they should of made her manager we all love her

I’ve been living here for 4months now and I have no complaints I love it it’s spacious and clean . The ladies at the office are so nice and helpful specially Dana she’s always there to answer any questions and help me in a timely manner, good neighborhood as well overall great place to live couldn’t be happier!

I have lived here for going on 3 years and I can honestly say it has been great. The office staff is helpful even with minor delays they do their best to meet your needs. The maintenance guy, Matt, is truely a saint, is quick and knowledgeable in what he does. The staff is friendly. Even through the COVID-19 pandemic they have made sure my needs were met and communication with all of the residents was clear. They provided sources for help and showed compassion through the this hard time when I know other apartment complexes have not.

I've been living here for about 5 to 6 months and now I have to move but I have to admit that the office is very efficient Danna and Odalys are always there to help you, they always try to understand your situation and they always give you options, they are very attentive to the residents super professional and they always put themselves in your place. Danna friendly always attentive to its residents and Odalys always wanting to help those who need it most. Thanks for everything, I recommend you 100%. What more than living in a place where they make you feel welcome.

I have lived here for almost a year and I absolutely love it. Odalys in the office is so friendly and helpful. She is quick to answer any questions I have. Matt from maintenance is the best there is. Such a great person and really knows his stuff. I have had a few small (normal) maintenance requests and Matt has always taken care of them so quickly and it’s always done right with him!
The property is beautiful and they really do a great job with the upkeep. I honestly can’t say enough great things about living here.

Went in for information and I already want to live here. Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone in the office made us feel welcome even when we had 3 kids running around at the same time. Ladys in the office are very pleasant to speak to and will give you information that are actually helpful. Wish I was treated like that in other places bc when they said I had a sec 8 voucher.

My wife and I have had one of the best experiences thus far . Odalys has shown us nothing but respect from the beginning of our journey here with River Trace with her patience sence of humor . Our apartment is beautiful clean and cozy... the property is very well maintained..

I absolutely love living here. I moved in at the end of March and I couldn't have picked a better place to live with my young son. The community feels safe, it's quiet, and I have never had any issues since I have moved in. The maintenance is wonderful! They really take pride in this community with the appearance and cleanliness. They're currently updating the property and adding a playground for the children which is great! The only thing I disliked was getting new roofing because of the noise but I'm very happy and grateful it was done. Most complexes do not fix or take pride in the property
