Very good menu. When we sat down we were given a tray with pickles and a spread for some bread. We tried the spread and it was pretty good. We asked the server what the spread was and she said lard. I had never had flavored lard and it was not bad, but I did not eat anymore. Was hard for me to get past it being lard even though it tasted pretty good. The server did offer butter if we preferred. I order the potato and cheese pierogi (I felt they were bland) and my friend had the dinner that had a sample of everything (potato pancakes, cabbage roll, sausage, pierogi) and she loved it. She thought

A very typical Highlander restaurant in both atmosphere and decor. The service was quick and servers polite. Typical Polish food with Highlander accents. Rich menu. I ordered the grilled chicken breast with tomatoes and mozzarella. It was really delicious . The meat was moist and the vegetables were in a Chardonnay sauce. Kwasnica soup was also delicious. Affordable prices. A place I highly recommend.

We ate here last night and I highly recommend this restaurant. Everything was perfect!! Ambiance perfect! service-Perfect!! Food was absolutely fantastic. You literally feel as though you are sitting in a Polish restaurant and all the servers wear traditional clothing and I can’t find words enough to express how top notch authentic the Polish food was!! If you eat here you will not be disappointed and you will want to go back! I came to Chicago 2 years ago from Massachusetts and this is by far my favorite restaurant since I’ve been here. I can’t wait to go back. The lemon vodka was a wonderful

Its all about the details . The table is set with nice dishes and glassware . A nice bohemian vase with tiny live flowers . The decor is rustic charm with log walls and wood bench seats at the window booths . If you can't make one chose from the many entrees , try the European Player . Round out the meal with creme brulee , decadent flavor and presented like a work of art . The Zywiew beer on tap is charged with unending bubbles rising to the top of the glass . Its a lager that will spoil your taste buds . The servers are beautiful and hard working . They aim to please and you will leave happy

Good Polish restaurant and bar in an unassuming strip mall with limited parking in the front and more parking in the back of the restaurant. Good service.
The interior design and decor makes one feel like there were in a cabin in the mountains of southern Poland. Wooden cabin feel.
Good drinks and good food. Had potato pancakes both baked and pan fried, the sheep cheese soup (not pictured), pierogies of all kinds (meat, cheese & potato, sweet cheese, etc), stuffed cabbage rolls, polish sausage dish, and the European plate (some of everything Polish).
Would recommend and would go back for more
