Incredibly rude and not willing to work with you. They have two locations and are not transparent about that. This is especially irritating because only one is listed on google maps. The two ladies that work the phones are dismissive and rude. Not the type of people you want to deal with in a time of crisis such as after a car accident.
EDIT: A year later now the owner is being a petulant child because they can't handle a bad review. What a horrible look for this company. Disgusting subhumans.

The worst towing service in all of Arizona!!! I would give negative stars if possible. They towed my vehicle and caused damage to the rear end. When I tell them about the damage done, they have me fill out this form they have all ready for me ( I assume they damage a lot of vehicles). I fill out the form and turn it back in. A few days later I get a form letter from them rejecting the claim. They say they have pictures, but will not show them to me. I have decided to let the State Attorney General's Office handle this. I would advise anybody else having issues with this awful company

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. The man refused to pick up the vehicle accusing me of it being a "personal" issue when it was not. My dealership themselves were even the ones to arrange it to be towed to have a key made for it. The guy on the phone was extremely rude, kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain and honestly clearly never learned how to properly communicate with anyone in his life.

The people who work for Tri-City are shameless, despicable people. Our HOA has stupidly contracted with them to tow cars out of our neighborhood who park in the street. So, like the verminous rats that they are, they come at 2AM and tow cars away without leaving any notice that this has happened. I hope one of my neighbors comes out guns blazing when one of these a-holes tries this again. Then they charge the maximum that the city will legally allow to release your vehicle. This company destroys people's lives on a daily basis. Do not use them.

This company has the worst customer service! When I placed the call, the dispatch lady Eileen told me that it will be 2 hour wait. I said ok, I will wait. Then 3 hours later, no one showed up. I called back to check on the status, only to find out they are "backed up" and now it will be at least a couple of more hours waiting! Don't they go by order of the call placed? And even if there is a delay for that long, a courtesy call is not too much to ask for. I will not use this company again and strongly NOT recommend it.
