Our 20 foot bus was stuck in downtown on the weekend - we had called several towing companies that supposedly can tow buses and most were not available to tow on the weekend. I was stuck on the side of the 10 yesterday in an incredibly unsafe place. Ty was sent out to tow me to safety. He was awesome!! He made sure I was safe from start to finish. He genuinely loves his job and it shows. A million out of a million. I didn’t get to pick the company because I went through my insurance. However I would call them again even if it meant paying out of pocket because the service was so good.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to write one today because I had a flat and didn't know how to put a doughnut on...I called to just get the car towed, Ty showed up and not only did he change the tire and saved me a few $ but he also gave me a lesson on how to do it myself next time! Despite this unfortunate event, the level of professionalism and great service I got made this experience much more positive. Thanks Ty

My car broke down on the side of the highway, and after calling 3 different towing companies who never showed, I called this company. Wolf (truck 20) showed up 30mins later, had awesome service, flexible drop off location, a super clean truck, and a fair price. Thanks so much for your help! I'll definitely be calling you guys again if needed. :)

Driver couldn't find my apartment even after explaining how to get to it. Upon arriving at my mechanics shop in front of customers used offensive language more the once. While my mechanic was dealing with his customer he witnessed the driver jackknife my truck into a space ( i have damage to my truck because of that ). The light on the hood of my truck from him towing was yanked off causing scratches ( have pics). Keys were left in my truck with the window down never given to my mechanic like he should have done. Honestly they were fast and good even the price is cheaper than the other companies. Truck 19 a guy his name was Ty he was a really nice guy and he was professional and fast like he really knows what he is doing. It was great working with this company.

They have reckless drivers on the road that can't even drive when they don't have a load. And as an added bonus they also have some roadrage which caused them to almost hit another car since they were trying to cut cars off. Called their management team but the driver's do this because they know management won't care until they actually cause a full on accident.

Tim is the BEST! Recommended! Fast, friendly service. Tim was so great and very helpful. He was very supportive when I was upset and made sure I got my car to the right mechanic. I thought it was the battery but because of his experience, he could tell it was probably NOT, it was most likely the alternator. And he was exactly right.
He gave me a lift to the shop and the truck cab was clean and smelled nice, not like in the movies! LOL
