Fantastic! They were super quick and very helpful seeing as I know very little when it comes to cars. My jack broke and I just needed help with switching the tire and they went above and beyond. Even helped fill my donut with air when we found out it was empty. Will definitely call again if I have any other problems in the future!

Dean was very quick to respond as I was stuck with 3 very hungry kids! He was understanding as they were distracting me while I was trying to complete the transaction and provide details. I’m not from the area and have only been here for one year. He assured me that the Toyota I was selecting was the correct one and he promptly took my vehicle to their lot and did not charge me until the job was complete. I called needing a tow. I was told that the driver had another call down the street from where I was stranded and that he would stop by and move my car out of the intersection using his bumper. He arrived, I approached his truck while he was on the phone. He was on the phone telling the person who he was supposed to be towing before me that he was going to tow my car and he would give him a discount for his patience after I told him how far I needed to be towed. Thank you so much for your wonderful service! With a motorcycle broke down on the 101 in rush hour, my roadside assistance told me I could leave and the tow company would pick it up without me (liars!!). I had no way of getting back to the bike After to hours on the phone with roadside assistance, they contacted Save-Money towing with my special situation. Richard came to my house, picked me up, and got the bike loaded in heavy traffic! He was professional, friendly, and concerned for my safety above his own. I just used these guys. Amazing! They were friendly and were there when they said they would be there. I was in a panic when I called but they were reassuring even though they were busy. I was further than what the driver was told but still took care of us. My husband rodenwith the driver and said that the conversation was nice. I would recommend them to anyone, friends and family!

One it's really pathetic with how it took you guys 9 months to respond to a complaint, and two, had I known that I was gonna be charged a cancellation fee I would've stayed so don't blame this on me for not informing me about your company policies, and three, it wasn't even located near a Wendy's it was located at a Dairy Queen. So way to go for making sure you deeply care about getting all the details for every complaint you guys get.

I wish that I could give this company less than one star!! I have never been so disrespected by a company in my life. I called them to pick up my vehicle from my residence and take it literally 1.5 miles away. I was first throw off by the abrupt "hi" I received. I had to ask him if I had the right number and asked him to verify the company he was with which off the bat is extremely unprofessional. And then he quoted me $90 which I felt was too much so I told him "no thank you." He then proceeded to yell at me.... no exaggeration.... he yelled at me telling me they weren&apos

I was quoted $80-85 for 7 miles. Tow truck pulls up, loads my car calls the owner to get the price and tells me it's 5.4 miles and $98. Called the owner and he said the quote is only a guess and he can't help that it's more. Offered me $10 off my next tow. I'll pass and so should you.

What a flake. I called three or four times to check on when they were coming. Was given one time that passed. Called back and was told it would be another hour. Called back two hours later, got some woman on the phone who sounded drunk, who said the guy didn't feel well and went to the ER. Thanks for letting ME know, while we waited and waited and waited and WAITED for you to show up. Never again.

Bottom line got a quote over the phone. Person said he would waive a $25 fee. When driver got there they did not in fact waive the fee and ended up charging me almost double what they quoted, to tow a car literally less than half a mile.

I first used them summer of 2011. Broke down in S. Scottsdale, and my trusted tech is in Chandler. The gent was out when he said he would be, and was extremely professional and courteous. Not some reformed addict wearing filthy clothes, as we all have seen a time or two.

He had me assist in lifting my car, but no more than my own comfort would allow me to do. I just listened to his directions carefully, and there was no issue. When I 'broke down' again last December, by UoP Stadium way, way out west....I called
