You will get paid hourly or per tow - whichever of the two is larger, and pay is uncapped. Not to mention, all drivers are eligible for a quarterly bonus as an added incentive. In addition, all training is paid and we offer full benefits after just 60 days of employment. Those benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and disability, and supplemental benefits.

Businesses don't use them for towing! At least until they figure out a better operations system. It takes 2-6 hours to get a tow once it is requested. That is the window I have waited on 3 separate occasions. You have to be present when getting an unauthorized vehicle towed so you have to be hanging around for those 2-6 hours. What's the point in calling for a tow and STILL WAITING 6 hours?! By then the car left without any issues and will park unauthorized again until I ask for a tow and wait another 2-6 hours. You need a larger fleet/more drivers or a better system.

My Property Management company where I live is contacted with this company. If someone parks in my parking space or behind my garage, I have to call this company. It is rare they come in less than an hour and most of the time it is two plus hours.
The last time I called them it took almost 45 minutes just for them to answer my call. When they did, I calmly expressed my concerns and they were completely unapologetic and curt in their response.
I only use this company because I have to. I would not recommend someone voluntarily using this company.

Today my truck broke down in the middle of the road with my huge (and loaded) flatbed trailer attached. Needless to say, it was a really hard and emotional day. All city towing sent me a tow truck and I was trying my best to unhook the trailer before they got there but something was wrong with my ball hitch.
The driver, James, went above and beyond and helped me figure out how to unhook the trailer (while in over 100 degree weather). He was so kind, patient, and understanding. He could have easily have charged me the $99 fee and then left me to find a different towing company but instead he stayed

This place serves my apartment complex, but when I called because a vehicle (a 1 ton panel work truck) is parked illegally in a handicapped spot without a handicapped sticker or plate, I am told that I am not an authorized caller. They say they will make a sweep through the apartment complex and if a vehicle is parked illegally they will tow it but then they do not, and the vehicle stays in the same illegal parking spot For the entire day.

This place is trash! The employees act as if their sole purpose in life is to make sure you dont pick up your vehicle so they can collect more fees from you! They look miserable and should seek other employment were they can be accountable for their rude behavior and poor customer service tactics. I think the AG'S office needs to hear about the absurd amount of theft performed there and the manipulation tactics performed In order to collect more fees. This company is a disgrace! I pray they get caught up in a sting operation and get shut down !

Rude. Unresponsive. Constantly stating that a driver will be there to open the gate told me it would be an hour wait, every time I called them, took them 6 hours to come to the lot for me to get my vehicle. Lied and stated they received a call from the police department about an abandoned vehicle, upon speaking with all local police departments in the surrounding area, I found that their claim was false. After 6 hours of waiting to get my vehicle, I found it had been damaged on both driver and passenger sides by their company/driver.

My car got towed, rightfully. That's not my main problem with the business. The business itself is the problem. They were very vague and unclear with instructions and appointments. I, for some reason, needed to get a copy of the registration of the vehicle, which was in the towed vehicle. I explained that to the person on the phone, but they insisted they couldn't get it from the car. So I headed over to a third party MVD, which I paid $16 for them to bring out a copy of the registration. I then waited after hours to get the vehicle. THE WORSE TOWING COMPANY. Should just close the doors permanently. Tow away the whole building. USELESS. Replace with a fast food resturant, which would serve the public better. My car was towed by All City Towing. After helping a disabled person into the house parked in front of their garage. After 20 minutes ,car gone. I will take full responsibility for being in a firelane for 20 min. However, the way this Company handled the whole towing was terrible. They must have pulled or dragged my car through Phoenix streets as if it were dead cattle.No respect for other peoples property and very disrepectful

Do NOT recommend at ALL! **Attention Management** Your answering staff is completely rude. I was on the phone with your reps Rosa and when asking the price after your 2 hr port to port policy she didn’t know the answer and put me on hold for over 15 min. I called back and another rep answered I told him the situation and he said ok hold we are trying to figure it out. Once again after holding for 10-15 min the call was disconnected. I thought maybe my call had dropped and I called again. The third rep Sonia answered after going over my info again. I explained I just want to set the tow up plz

Terrible place I was in an accident and they wouldn't let me sign the release paperwork for my car since I didn't have my registration which was in my car and would let me go to my car because of that to take it out told me I needed a title which I don't have a title because I'm still financing my car which I informed them off because as a sane person would know the dealership doesn't give titles until you fully purchase the vehicle and then they tried to tell me I'm responsible for all types of fees even tho my car was only there for like 2 days even tho they are

Do not under any circumstance use this company. They are crooks. My car was rear ended and the lady drove away. Cops showed up and took a report and called a this unethical company to pick up my car. This is my only mode of transportation and they will not release my car unless I come in person to sign a form. 19 miles from house I have to drive and Sign the release. They are crooks and only care about screwing you. Do not use this company please.

This place is an absolute joke! They are crooks! Our vehicle was towed FROM OUR DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE AT HOME! Rather than VERIFY if our car was or was not parked in our spot, they towed the vehicle ILLEGALLY. Then we're here trying to pick up the car & we wait OVER 5 HOURS for someone to come to the yard to release the vehicle, again breaking ANOTHER LAW by withholding our property & not releasing it to us within a timely manner. This company needs to be shut down! They are crooks & do not follow the law when it comes to properly towing or checking if someone's vehicle

Simply awful customer service. Nothing corrupts people more than to give them just a little bit of power. So yes, you managed to tow my car from in front of my house. Now I'm sitting here for 2+ hours while they decide when to arrive and release my vehicle. The really bad part is, it's going right back in front of my house, so I'm not sure how to prevent them from taking my legally parked vehicle again. They literally have no excuse as to why they took It, but they did.

I didn’t know what to expect from a towing company, but after my wreck they handled everything very well. When I went to retrieve my belongings the guy drove me out to the lot in a golf cart, taking care to go slow because I was still hurting. He helped me empty the car and made sure I didn’t miss anything. The front desk people were nice and pleasant. There was even money in the car that didn’t go missing. I was very happy with the experience.

Went to visit a friend, parked in a spot she said was good... car got towed by All City. Apparently it's after hours and so, they need me to wait 2 hours for someone to get my truck out. There's a guy physically on the premises. I guarantee they just offloaded it...
Well, I bumped the stars a few because the guy in the premises made the whole matter mich easier to tolerate.
Yes, I was a silly woman to park where I did. Yes, it cost a bit out of pocket for a foolish error but I got the truck back in far less time that I had initially
