San Diego Professional Property Managers is a full service Property Management San Diego company providing management services in San Diego and surrounding areas since 1976.
All rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late if received after the 3rd of the month. We feel that the collection of rent is one of our most important functions of managing your property. Tenants are able to pay their rent online and can set that up as a recurring payment. Every transaction affecting your account balance is recorded and explained in detail.
Feel free to call or email any of our property managers with any question or concerns. Our business hours are 9:00 to 5:00 Monday thru Friday and 9:00 to 2:00 on Saturday. Our office is closed on Sunday. For any emergencies call 858-627-9320 24 hours a day and you will be directed to the correct department.

What, specifically, do you do to qualify a tenant after they have applied to rent my house?. We exclusively specialize in single family homes and condos in and around the San Diego area. Howard, Michael and the rest of the SDPPM team have been managing our condo rental property for the last three years. Our experience was that SDPPM is very professional and responsive and have not met a situation they could not solve. The quality of their services combined with very good value they provide makes this company a grade "A" recommendation.

I have rented homes through SDPPM multiple times over the years and have always been pleased with their professionalism and attentiveness. I've never had an issue with getting my full deposit back and wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

Not exaggerating, but by far one of the “BEST” experience with SDPPM. Professionalism, “Prompt” Response and Truthfulness are the true hallmark of SDPPM business. As a renter, I never had to bother for any repair or any issue…every issue / repair taken care of. Howard and his team were excellent to work with. We owned a house in San Diego and were stationed overseas. Even with the geographic/time zone separation, we didn't have a single problem with any of our tenants during our three years of working with SDPPM. They were always quick to answer any questions and keep us apprised during transitions.
They even helped us sell our house from Japan. Talk about going above and beyond! The only complaint I can make is that they were a little more aggressive in accepting an offer than we were comfortable with. That being said, it was probably the right decision

We rented a house for about a year and a half. We had a great experience. Michael was a really helpful agent. Sdppm’s team is great we never had a problem. They quickly respond to emails and calls. They even stood on our side when a neighbor was disrespectful.

I recently moved from my condo (for a cross country move) and have had wonderful assistance for my move-in that included all paperwork at move-in and any HOA updates during the time I lived in the condo. The move-out was also great and never any issues with the property managers. I had an emergency of a flood in my kitchen in the middle of the night, months ago, and clean-up access from both Howard and Michael was very efficient. I would highly recommend San Diego Professional Property Managers for your property and rental needs, as well as being a prospective renter for their managed properties

I have been renting from SDPPM for the last 5 years and couldn’t be any happier. They have always been available when I needed them and made all transaction really simple and straight forward. I just moved out of a townhome through SDPPM and into a larger place for my kids to have space to run around and they got us approved and the lease signed same day as the showing. They are amazing! I dealt mainly with Michael Stone and Howard Boehm.

SDPPM offers amazing services for property owners. They have managed two homes for me, and I have always received the best service. Of utmost importance to me is the caliber of the tenants. Howard and Michael bring qualified renters who take good care of the property and pay rent on time. Communication with SDPPM is great, and monthly statements and deposits occur like clockwork.
