Founded by landlords for landlords-Monte Davis Realty Group offers residential Property Management services for Austin and its surrounding areas. We manage single-family homes, duplexes, condos, town homes and multi-family properties. We pride ourselves on offering honest, relationship-based services that we would expect from a Property Management company if we were hiring one ourselves.
Upon signing a Management Agreement, you will receive an email to activate your Owner Portal. This is where you will find your financial documents as well as fund your account for repairs and make-ready costs. Our brokerage is well-seasoned in assisting with buying and selling investment properties, as well as building portfolios.

A small percentage of tenants will break their Lease due to unforeseen life events and some will simply make the poor decision to leave before fulfilling their Lease.
Upon acceptance of your application, you will receive an Email to activate your Tenant Portal. This is where you will make payments as well as submit Work Orders for maintenance requests. For general repairs, the fastest and best method is to submit a Work Order through your Tenant Portal. Attach photos if you can.

We’ve worked with the Monte Davis team in 2015-2017 and had a great experience. We took over management ourselves (trying it out)...fast forward to 2021, we decided to have it managed by a company and we immediately went back to Monte and his team. There was no need to look for other companies because Monte and his team is that awesome!

As a tenant, I dealt with three individuals, the owner and two staff member, Monte is a very nice guy and service oriented he walked me through the home and I didn’t see him till I handed over the keys. Charlie is also super nice; Julie is impolite.

I've rented from Monte Davis for years. They took over the Property I lived and immediately things went from bad to amazing. I would have left years ago if they didn't take over. The neighborhood has been much better when they took over multiple complexes. They are Johnny on the spot with repairs and quick to respond to issues. I signed another year with them due to the craziness right now. No way will I take a chance with another Property management company till I buy.

We moved in a hurry in the middle of a pandemic and were glad to connect with Monte. He listened to us very carefully and provided us with excellent advice. He was instrumental in getting our house ready for rent. We also appreciate his attention to detail. Julie from his office is great to work with. We have had a few maintenance issues and he's handled the situation with our tenants promptly, very considerate of all the parties involved as well as cost conscious. Monte and his staff do a wonderful job. We own 3 duplexes that they take care of and they are responsive to us as owners, and take care of any issues that the renters have in an efficient manner and at a reasonable price. Monte helped us purchase the properties and we are very happy with how everything has turned out.
