Fantastic service and so helpful, two different drivers both friendly but our favourite was our drive to the airport from our hotel, we literally laughed all the way which made the journey a fantastic way to end our honeymoon in NY! Happy wife, happy life!. Surprise Mini getaway before the holidays with the wife.

They recomended and event called the restauyfor us. They were able to arrange service quickly for our last minute need (within 3 hours of travel) and incredible helpful and professional for our group.

JR Luxury did get us to and from LaGuardia and hotel both ways. The vehicles were nice. The first driver basically spoke no English and it took us probably 30-45 minutes for him to find us, we were exactly where we were suppose to be. Our second driver was easier to communicate with on the return trip to airport.
Our original trip was booked for May 2020. But Covid! So we were finally able to make our NYC trip September 2021. The communication was far from perfect. Phone Numbers are disconnected, emails not answered in a timely manner. Some email addresses didn’t work. At one point, I saved

Very sketchy. I have called all published numbers and they're disconnected. I emailed them and asked how a legitimate company has its phone lines disconnected and the person said that they'd "talk to their IT Dept. to look into this"? Huh? an IT dept? And How did they not know that the lines weren't working until I brought it up? The electronic signature of the person that replied (Junior Minaya, then Josh Petro) has another number (cell?) that is ALSO disconnected. That cannot be a coincidence. Stay away. It isn't cheap and clearly not reliable.

First time my husband and I decide to have a luxury company pick us up at the airport to then stay at a nice hotel in NYC for our anniversary. I am so grateful for this company. Our flight was delayed not one, but twice! Junior, was so professional and had so much patience with me. He accommodated our pick up time both times. The driver picked us up and we felt as if we are part of the JR Luxury NYC family. He was very professional as well. Without a doubt we will be booking again on our next trip! I have no regrets to booking with this company. I took my son to the Woodbury Outlets. Everything went smooth from the moment of booking to the pick up and even drop off. The driver was punctual and very professional. The vehicle was clean and the ride was smooth. He dropped us off and came to pick us up on time. They have us enough time to shop around. I found the price very reasonable. Will be booking soon again for the next holidays.

This company is by far exceptional on all levels of service!! I have four children and the driver came and picked us up on time helped me with my bags and car seat. I was clearly frustrated as you can tell with four kids and he joked with me to ease my mood. The driver was amazing! I will definitely refer this company to my family and friends!!
