My parents have been living here for a few months and they complain about the same things. The property manager is impossible to get in touch with- she never answers her phone so only if you walk to the office is she maybe there. Maintenance is a joke. There’s one guy and he doesn’t seem to know how to properly fix anything in a timely manner. He will call for a service to fix/repair and they wait days for them to show up. After this snow yesterday they find out they don’t even clean the complex! Nor do they hire anyone to clean it! While my parents are not elderly as other residents this

They publicly lie on this forum and “Google doesn’t get reviews for accuracy” and say maintenance was present and “addressed the weather” during the latest snow storm. They did not even SHOVEL THE SIDEWALKS. Maintenance was 100% not present and that is a bold faced lie. Then they make a nasty comment saying “not all seniors are meant for community living.” Not shoveling the sidewalks or plowing the the parking lots after a huge snowstorm is despicable in ANY apartment complex, but especially at a 55+ community. Do NOT move here and do NOT let your loved ones move here. I can’t wait

I am a satisfied resident of this complex. I have lived here for over 5 years. Theresa and her staff are very courteous and professional. When you see them on the grounds and/or in the office, you are guaranteed a friendly hello and an inquiry as to how a person is doing. During this past year with all of the challenges we have all faced with Covid-19, I want to give a shout out of Kudos to them for a job well done!! Thank you for helping to keep us safe and informed.

The worse place you could pick to live Management is terrible Mantance is always hard to get in touch with for emergencies Up keep is poor Something is always leaking All they want is your money keeps going up in rent I would never recommend this place for anyone to live

My grandmother has lived in this community for 21 years. Since the property manager Teresa RA has been the manager the place has really changed for the better. She loves it there and would likw to give a BIG shoutout to Teresa!!!

This place is a dump all they want is your money. I know it's for seniors but all the rent money and no repairs. The staff that work there needs help in manners. The pictures you see on the computer are all lies!!!!!!
