Had to go with the "No Stars" on this one. Came out to do an estimate and promised he would call with an estimate that afternoon and didn't. I had to call him several times to get a call back and when he did call back he promised to call back the next day with the estimate and did not. I had to call him at every turn and when I did get him on the phone and expressed that it didn't feel like he wanted the job he responded that as much as I called him maybe I should find someone else for the Job. Called Gruver at 7:05 AM. (they opened at 7:00) Left a message with a detailed account of my AC problem. Also gave them my address, Phone number, etc. Waited all day for them to return my call. They never did. Called Wenger AC and Heating and they came out the next day. Fixed my problem. All is well. Don't waste your time with Gruver.
