I called Mann about getting a quote to have an outdoor faucet and valve replaced, but the receptionist said they could fix it when they come out. So they sent a tech and while he was really nice and professional he didn't have the stuff to do the job and said they needed a piece of equipment. I got charged almost a hundred dollars for him coming out and then before he even left the receptionist called to offer me a free quote. Let's just say, I'd rather do the job myself. I answered, 'yes' I used their service because I paid for their free quote even though they didn't do the actual job.

I just wanted to thank Brian for helping our family today. Being new home owners can be extremely stressful. Not understanding plumbing is one of the most stressful things. He came in and was super polite, answered every question we had, and paid no mind to my messy house and backed up toilet. He was on time, very personable, responsive, and understanding. He fixed all the issues we needed done in the house in a timely manner.

I had a problem with my outside water faucet. I called Mann Plumbing and Heating and scheduled an appointment and they were out on the day of my choosing. They were both punctual and professional. They took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what had to be done to fix it. While they were here the technician Brandon found yet another problem that needed to be addressed and I have scheduled an appointment to have that problem fixed as well. I would highly recommend their services. Even the people in the office were very accommodating and very happy to help me out with my first appointment
