Services
In 2004, we opened our Lincoln Park studio in the century old Parkway Theater, a mainstay of entertainment in the golden age of cinema. In 2011, our newest facility opened in the South Loop inside Dearborn Station, the oldest standing train station in Chicago.

Whether we can help you understand the science behind each pose, take that stretch a little further each time, or leave you feeling calm, relaxed and energized, our yoga instructors have a breadth and depth of experience to help personalize the class for every person's desires and capabilities.Since training will be held at our Lincoln Park studio, we recommend staying close in the Lincoln Park or Lakeview neighborhoods for an easy commute.
This traditional 90-minute hot class, consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, is calibrated for the stiffest beginners, yet challenging to all skill levels. This intelligent 60-minute hot class, suitable for beginning and experienced practitioners alike, moves through the traditional 26+2 series with both tempo and flow.
The heat softens the muscles of even the stiffest beginners, improves vascular performance, relieves chronic discomfort, assists detoxification, promotes weight loss and deepens sleep. We offer four types of hot classes designed to soften the stiffest muscles, improve vascular performance and relieve chronic discomfort.
I have met people from different backgrounds and cultures and occasionally swap stories on what brought us to yoga. Those stories inspire me and give me motivation. I never thought that would happen in a yoga studio. Before my first class, I was walking to the studio thinking, Wow! It is HOT out here.
Throughout the year and across the world, our team of asana and anatomy experts offer trainings to develop the tools you need to flourish as a teacher. In 300 hours, you will learn to teach the classic 26+2 hot yoga series. Our team of asana and anatomy experts, including Gianna Purcell, Kathy Durham and Erin Frank will provide you with the tools you need to effectively deliver a precise, informative, and therapeutic class.

This is my first time to review for fantastic yoga class with 105F and carefully teacher and stuff. It was my first time to start yoga class. I was so excited and kind of embarrassed because I never done with yoga before but this place makes me want to improve my skills more. I like this place a lot and would like to recommend for some people who's looking for hot yoga and have no idea where is good.

Love this place. Hot yoga is my favorite way to exercise. If it’s your first time going, be patient with yourself and take breaks as needed. Get hydrated an hour before with electrolytes and go as often as you can. You’ll notice how it gets easier pretty quickly each time you go. Don’t let the heat intimidate you. Absolutely worth every penny!!!

Great instructor, great space, just not for me! :)
I attended one of 105f's hot yoga classes, which is a 26+2 style. I did not realize what this style meant, I figured it was similar to a vinyasa flow. It is NOT, to my surprise! The instructor calls out 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises and talks you through it. That means you are holding a pose for approx. 30-60 seconds. It's quite the burn! From my first impression, it's really centered around your core, arm strength, leg strength and most importantly mental strength. Personally, I prefer a vinyasa flow where you did a variety of poses and

105f is a very special place. There is a wonderful sense of community within each studio. I used to live near the Milwaukee Ave location so I never minded that there are not showers here (they do have them at the Lincoln Park and South Loop studios). The studio is always very clean which is important for me. I have met some amazing people here and wish I was not so far away now. Over the years, they have added different styles of classes and take into consideration what people who attend frequently want. And I really appreciate the consistency and dedication to always have classes every day- even

This is an awesome studio IF you're into hot yoga. If you are looking for a more traditional experience, then this may not be the place for you. However, I've been coming here for years, as well as their other two locations. I really enjoy the classes and they have a great schedule with multiple classes throughout the day. They have meditation, yin, and some vinyasa classes to supplement the classic bikram series.

You will feel relaxed as soon as you walk into 105! The instructors are incredible. They will help you moderate poses if you are injured in any way, or if you are just beginning. My favorite hot yoga spot not only in Chicago, but of anywhere I've ever lived! Namaste

I bought a Groupon for 6 weeks of unlimited sessions - I think it was the ideal introduction to Bikram Yoga, and this studio was a great place as a beginner.
Yes, it's hot, yes, there's a bit of a funk (I mean, come on, we're all sweating like never before, but the floors are wood so it doesn't stick around that badly) Overall, the space is clean and peaceful.
The studio has high, vaulted ceilings, massive windows facing out to the street from the third floor, wooden floors, and plenty of space.
The instructors are wonderful and considerate of beginners.
I've recommended this studio to many
