Dr. Thomas E. Horton grew up in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Master of Science in Neuropharmacology at Northeastern University, and Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Georgetown University. He completed his orthodontics residency at Georgetown University Medical Center and has been in private practice since 1984.

It’s almost as if nobody works there except the doctor . He needs more assistance . I can’t even get a reply or a email response or call back . I had an appointment and was told I was get my results and plan and never got it. After covid happened not even a call that my appointment is cancelled. Either he had nobody handling phone calls or he needs to hire people. The 3rd party never relay my messages from the online chat either horrible experience and have delayed getting my braces by 3 months because of this . I could have started elsewhere!

It is always a pleasure to visit Dr. Horton's office. I have recently had braces placed and aspire to be a dentist so coming to an office with caring, pleasant and competent staff allows me to see the type of practice I want to offer to my patients in the future. I just got my braces off and am happily adjusting to my retainers :)
I am thrilled with the results of my treatment and always enjoyed coming into the office. Everyone (really, everyone!) is incredibly friendly, patient (especially with my many questions), knowledgeable, and accommodating. Dr. Horton worked closely with my dentist to make sure we were keeping a holistic view of my treatment and other subsequent dental/oral surgery needs.

Dr Horton gets all stars from Gaby and I. Along with managing her physical smile, Dr Horton has a wonderfully grounded sense of humor: Gaby had a balloon get stuck in a tree outside Dr Horton's window, of which she would remind him of every month at her appointment--when it floated down some six months later, he and his staff retrieved it and presented it to Gaby at her next appointment! I think Gaby had very professional quality care with Dr Horton-she looks great-and his staff were always kind. It was a nice nurturing relationship and my daughter fit right in. I would highly recommend Dr Horton

We love Dr. Horton! He is great. Two of our four daughters currently see him. Dr. Horton makes orthodontia fun. Our girls love going into his office for a visit. He takes the time to really know the kids and talk with them. You can tell he really cares. Dr. Horton is extremely knowledgeable about the industry and all of the new technologies. Dr. Horton and his staff have taken wonderful care of our 3 girls and their orthodontia needs. We are welcomed in the office and treated like family. With varying stages of completion, we are very pleased with the progress and the final outcome. Dr. Horton is continually improving the orthodontia experience for his patients. I started treatment way back in 2006, and I would have to say that I'm very satisfied with it. It was a long process, but I feel really thankful for Dr. Horton and his team. Scheduling appointments was very easy. Everyone also seems very knowledgeable about the field they're in. They have been very informative and helpful throughout the whole process, which made everything go smoothly. Also, they are the friendliest people, which is one of the reasons why I love going here. They also made sure that I was comfortable about the whole process and they were always available if anything went wrong.

Great experience and Dr Horton is a great orthodontist. He gets everything done in a quick and easy manner. Even the most difficult and complicated things are done in half the time other orthodontists would take. Great people to, from coming here so long I know these people very well and they are fun, humorous, and enjoyable. Nice atmosphere. And Don't worry: he doesn't bite!

Love this office! Dr. Horton and his staff are professional, friendly and on time. They have been helpful in explaining things for my son's orthodontic needs--like his treatment, my insurance plan, etc. I've had to reschedule a couple of times and they've been helpful squeezing us in. for our last appt. I noticed they have a new system where they email me to confirm my sons appt. that was pretty neat and convenient. Convenient...across the street from DSW, Giant and Mont. Mall! Lots of parking.
