I was quite surprise to see a 1 star. When a towing company fail to show, my insurance contacted rapid response towing and he was quite fast, compare to other towing companies I had used in the past.
I needed my mom car tow about an hour away(from Marietta to Grayson). It was also about 10:30pm. I had my grandchildren with me and he assure me that the car would be delivered safely and within the hour.
He was professional and extremely polite! Thank you Rapid Response Towing for helping me!!

Great tow service! Two thumbs up. We were passing through Atlanta/Marietta and hit a pot hole. Destroyed the tire. Called emergency roadside service through our car insurance. 2-1/2 hours later - still no tow truck. So, I called Rapid Response on my own dime. They showed up in 15 minutes. Very courteous. Great price. Very efficient. No complaints whatsoever. Give this place a call if you need a tow.

Incompetent, rude and disorganized, not there when you need them. They don't call the way they say, they send to voicemail when you do call, and then when you call back, they deflect to text. When you finally get them on the phone, they say they don't have a work order for you in the system, despite the fact that you know there's a work order since it is a referral from State Farm.

I called and got a quote for an 11 mile tow. Danny told me $65 and told me that he would be to me in 30 minutes. He asked if the number I called him from would be my call back number I said yes. An hour and fifteen minutes passed before I called him back again. He informed me that he received a text canceling the tow on the same Rd that I was on, so he didn't come. Or so he claimed. Called him to tow my brother's car. Great guy, great service, and very fast response. By the time I called to check where he was at he had already arrived! Pretty affordable service too ;especially compared to everyone else in the area. Less than five miles seems to be $65. Marietta wrecker charges $85. I will definitely save him in my phone book for the future and you should too!

I ran over something in the road on my way home late one night and my car's back tire quickly deflated. I was less than 2 miles away from my house but did not want to risk damaging my rims by continuing to drive on them. Danny the owner has a newer truck for his towing service. We talked about how to tow Corvettes and how he could safely do this vary thing. He had no problem with my SUV and was both personable and professional. The new style tow truck he used makes things fast and safe for the car he has in tow..
The guy is great and a vary safe driver. I had to drive slow to let him keep up with me as I showed him where I wanted my SUV taken. I felt great about this because my car is my connection to the world. This guy knows what he's doing and I would feel good if he were the person I depended
