RENTERS BEWARE!!!! I have read alot of reviews and it sounds like this place is not a great place to rent from. Im kinda glad my Father and his Girlfriend didnt get a place here now but they do discriminate against disabled people. My fathers girlfriend is disabled and could get help through Oacac to rent somewhere everything was good to go and the Manager said they could rent here. Oacac got all the nessisary paper work and when they went to sign the lease the Manager said sorry im not going to rent to you now. My father got ahold of corporate and they said yes we will rent to you, then they went

If I could put zero stars I would. Me and my sister were going to move into the greens. They are near to my job, we put a deposit down back in August and they said we could be moved in at our desired date which was the end of November. We called to confirm and the said they were not going to be able to get us a apartment until FEBRUARY!!! What the hell. They did not keep their word and they took our money. DO NOT waste your time on the place.

Lol honestly just don’t live here. I would go into detail, but the other bad reviews have my experience summed up perfectly. The leasing office and the corporate do not communicate about policies and are constantly giving me different information over the phone and sending me notices with completely different information.

Worst experience of my life. On top of the mold everywhere, maintenance would come in unannounced more than twice a month. Doesn't matter if you're asleep or naked, they will come in. Office people are terrible, never any help and always so mean. Paid for amenities that we couldn't use because of Covid. When I moved out they charged me a full months rent when I was only living there for 2 weeks. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

Poor sealing, meaning winter time cold air drafts in constantly, making your heater run more than needed. Lighting is just so bad...my wallet was stolen out of my truck and my neighbors have had their car broken into twice - we were both told it was our fault. If I didn't play golf, I would not be here and that is an easy decision.
EDIT: Since my post, the attached picture was posted in the mail room. There is absolutely no lighting and no security cameras.

They take long to fix things and then it's not always right. They told me their not responsible to put salt down on outside stairs when I slipped on ice. They said it my problem. They had my roommates car towed off saying it was abandon and it hadn't even been sitting 5 days. All they kept telling me when I spoke to them about it was they were sorry, but there was nothing they can do about it.
Railing on stairs has been broken for at least a year.😠😠😠 It is said that they don't give people their deposit back AT ALL. I seen three different tenants move out of the building I live in without

I have lived at Greens for 16 months, in 1bedroom apartment. I will share pros and cons. I loved that The Greens was not a loud place to live, I never had any problems, if you like jogging, its a great place and beautiful place, which was so great for me. Maintnance is great! Anything I needed they will be there on that day or next day for sure.
What I really didn't liked about it, when I moved in, it was very dusty the ceilings and windows I had to clean that all on my own before moving in. Windows and window sills at winter get all so wet that the water is driping on the floor. It is very dark
