Bankruptcy will stop or delay foreclosure, but first you have to be eligible. You also have to file in time to stop the sale. Problems can occur if you have been involved in any previous bankruptcy, and for other reasons. You should always have a bankruptcy expert first determine if you are eligible for bankruptcy.

Mr. Wishman could not have done more to help me through my Ch. 7 case. He is very caring and wise, always responding to my questions quickly. I cannot say enough good things about Leon and his team! They navigated us through this very scary time with professionalism and grace. They made us feel like everything was going to be okay, and guess what? It was! It's very intimidating to show up on the day where you have mere minutes to explain your case. Most people were there all by themselves but Bayer, Wishman and Leotta sent a representative to help guide us which was awesome. We filed 2 years ago and recently received a collection letter from one of our creditors who had been listed in the bankruptcy filing. We emailed Leon who got back

At an extremely traumatic time in my life, Leon Bayer was the voice of calm and measured advice. He dealt with the bankruptcy completely, with step by step advice, and by keeping stress as far away from me as possible. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who finds themselves in this situation.

Five years ago my husband and I had found ourselves in a difficult situation due to the housing market fall. Our banks were not willing to work with us so our only option was to file for bankruptcy. After meeting with a few attorneys both my husband and I agreed Mr. Jeff Wishman, with (Bayer, Wishman and Leotta), was the one that made us feel at ease with all his knowledge. Once we met with Jeff, explained our situation and with no hesitation he knew how to direct us from the beginning. Threw out the past five years, Jeff and his team, provided a high level of professionalism. I was very impressed

Leon is the absolute best guy for the job. He works very hard, is very organized, and always replies promptly to any questions you may have.
Any time I felt anxious or stressed about what could happen, he reassured me that everyone deserves a second chance. Not to sound cheesy, but give him a first chance, and you won't regret it. I am so thankful to have had Leon on my side.

I met with Leon Bayer for the free consultation to discuss my debt issues and I'm extremely glad that I did. He explained the legal issues in plain English and got me quickly focused on the stuff that mattered in my life--and how to best deal with it. He and his staff were very professional and thoughtful! I would recommend this firm anyone that needs bankruptcy advice or bankruptcy experts to deal with their legal debt problems.

I had filed chapter 7 bankruptcy but my case turned into an asset case. My lawyer at the time didn't know what to do with asset cases. I decided to research different bankruptcy attorneys on the computer. I read so many excellent reviews about Leon Bayer and he has thirty years experience so i decided to call him i spoke to him personally for quite a while on the phone. Long story short he fixed my case when my other attorney did not know what to do. When you are looking for a bankruptcy attorney or any attorney at all you need one with vast knowledge and many years of experience . BELIEVE ME LEON
