Services
Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Mortuary was founded in 1935 in downtown Indianapolis and purchased by Max Nelson, of blessed memory, in 1964. Since 1991, Max's daughter, Jennifer Nelson Williams, has served in various capacities and is now the president and CEO of the organization. She and her staff pledge to continue the unparalleled service that has been a benchmark of the funeral home since its founding.
Aaron-Ruben Funeral Home was founded in 1935 by Meyer Aaron and Irving B. Ruben. The two men saw the need for a Jewish Funeral Home in Indianapolis. Up until this time, a local religious organization, Lindath Hazedeck, served the community in times of need. They operated out of a small building location on the ground of Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation's southside cemetery.
Funeral and Cremation Services, we take tremendous pride in caring for our families, and will work tirelessly to provide you with a beautiful, lasting tribute to your loved one.
