Avoid this place like the plague that it is.. a shining example of our Nation's healthcare decline... healthcare at this facility proves we are in a FREEFALL.. my 82 year old grandfather had cancer surgery and spent just shy of 2 weeks here.. in that time he had 1 bath.. his wound got infected and we told the nurse about it and she said don't worry about it.. 2 days later I went and spoke directly to the head nurse on a Thursday and she assure me he would be seen by an actual Dr before the weekend.. the next Monday night he was sent to an actual hospital because his wound burst open from

This place was awesome! It was the place that brought me back to life. I will never forget all of the wonderful staff. The nurses, CNA’s, Therapists,Doctors and the social workers everyone just made me happier. From not being able to move a finger to walking out of there with a walker! I especially loved Jeff! Thank you all so much.

WORST PLACE TO SEND YOUR LOVED ONES. They have lost/stolen my moms special food, IPAD and other personal belongings, I'm currently trying to reach ANYONE with no success. it has been a horrible experience given she is left in the hands of nonprofessionals. DONT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. PLEASE!!! I LEFT 1 STAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO OPTION TO REMOVE STARS. worst staff ever; no heart, no education.

The staff and care at the facility were exceptional. There was great improvement in my physical condition from when I arrived to when I left. Everyone was very caring and compassionate. Food was exceptional. It was very close to restaurant food. I would highly recommend this facility above anywhere else.

My Dad arrived at the facility on Thursday 12/31/2020. The heater quit working but the rooms were still somewhat ok with the residual heat. Friday night 1/1/2021 my dad nearly froze to death. There are no administrators on site today Saturday 1/2/2021. I asked for a call& didn’t receive anything from administrators. This is a horrible way to treat elderly people.
Update: Heat got fixed on Sunday 1/3/2021.

My husband was in there for a broken hip. He went there straight from the hospital where he didnt get out of the bed for six days when he got to the facility it was immediately required for him to do 3 hours a day. No ease into it and so he was unable to keep up their demands and I recieved a call from his case worker who tells me we are releasing your husband tomorrow morning. The day before I just had been test for Covid19 and waiting on the results. So I tell them he isnt coming home till I get the results. Plus I had been telling the case worker that I work from 8 to 5 minimum and he had to

I would like to start off with saying the nursing staff is amazing!!! Now I will tell you about the stay. My mom went in with a couple fractures. She was standing and plugging away at getting well. Within days of being there she was getting spasms and instead of working through or figuring out where they are coming from they kept medicating her. When I confronted them they talked to me and told me we had this plan they did not follow through with it. The case manager wanted to send my mom home to her own home with therapy support when she was not able to even stand on her own. I had to be the one
