We broke down on the side of the highway around 8:30pm on a Sunday. Called literally a dozen tow companies and our roadside assistance insurance company. Practically no one answered the phone. No one offered to come tow us, except Executive. They were super professional, arrived within a half hour, hooked up and towed us home for a very reasonable rate.
If someone I cared about was on the side of the road in my town and they asked who to call, I would recommend they make one call, to Executive. They really are the Good Standard of what a towing experience should be like. I used roadside assistance with State Farm. So not sure about cost but the driver communicated, was quick, and delivered the broken down vehicle without any issues.

The driver was excellent and very friendly. Very helpful and did exactly what we needed done. Very good worker; his name was Kevin. We were quoted 1.5 wait time however it took over 4. Had I not been stuck waiting this long, they would have been a 5 star. Apparently they have a contract with the department of public safety at any time they call, they take prior. This is what really stuck it to me. In the meantime, I got stuck waiting due to the location of the vehicle when it was ready for tow.

My car broke down in Apache junction yesterday on thanksgiving ,and I needed it towed to the shop in queen creek.. but I live in Tempe and had the keys with me.. (I didn’t want to bother anybody on thanksgiving so I left it there and got a ride home and said I’d deal with it tomorrow … )

Not only was Steven professional he as a tow truck driver put themselves in situations that's can be dangerous. Car had a blown tire on the freeway. We all know people on the US60 don't care and don't pay attention. He was very aware of the situation and the surroundings and was able to get the car and get it to Discount Tire for us. We called other companies and no one would help as it was on the freeway. Very grateful for this company and for Steven for the help he provided.
If I ever need a tow again I will be reaching out to this company thanks to the service Steven provided.
