My sons car broke down in AZ. I called from out of state to find a towing service. Tow Gilbert was my first call. The driver gave me a price and told me he could get right to it, but he didn't have time to take the order because he was in the middle of loading a car and to call him back in 10mins. I said that was fine that I still need to make some calls. I confirmed the location of the car to be towed and where it was to be towed to, and called him back. He wasn't sure who I was. He sounded very flustered on the phone. He then said that couldn't get to it today but perhaps first thing in the morning

Well I have been stranded in a parking lot for several hours now and decided to finally call a tow place. I read some reviews and I don't have much money mind you so I give them a call no answer. The number calls me back, when I ask for a jump start he says they are closed and will open back at 5 am. Their Google page says 24/7 as well as being plastered all over their website. So no they are not 24/7 Or professional or polite. Now that's why I was so insistant in NOT calling a tow place. I guess I just sit here several more hours till we one passes by ...

Driver although nice didn't know how to engage neutral safety switch. Then all of sudden it was more money because they had to use neutral safety switch..although didn't use it and just drug it up onto the flatbed and had the guys at the dealership engage it to get it off the truck. Don't always go for the cheapest. Lesson learned.

Terrible customer service by the operator. I agree with what other people have said. I’ll never work with this company again and unless the phone operator changes his ways you shouldn’t either. The driver had good service though. Too bad he isn’t the phone operator.
