Charged me $365 to look at my garage door and tell me I need to replace it when it had nothing to do with my issue. My actuator had an issue and needed a new one to open my door . The clueless tech took advantage and did nothing and misdiagnosed the situation. Quoted $2k to replace the door. Imagine if I had no clue as to what Is happening , they would of charged me this , then after discovering it doesn't work, they would hit me with another bill for an additional $2k to replace the motor.

I gave these guys a call since they had fixed a door from a previous building we were in. They came in with the best price since they had a few suggestions to cut some costs that were pretty smart and definitely worked out just fine. They replaced an old busted bay door in what seemed like a few hours and we were all on our way. 10 out of 10 would recomend R&S.
