This could be caused by a number of issues including a safety sensor issue, Garage door is being obstructed, faulty hinges or rollers, bad springs or an issue with the motor itself. My garage door (two years old), started coming off the tracks a month ago. Work was busy so I only got to address the issue today. Called the folks at 'Garage Door Hero' and they were on the issue immediately. Raphael showed up on time as promised, we went through what he thought the problem was, and in an hour the door was back to staying on its tracks :)
Props to the company for explaining the minimum charge ahead of time and for not trying to upsell me anything not needed. I will be doing more business with Garage Door Hero in the future for all these reasons.

I originally decided to go with Garage Door Hero because it had so many good reviews on Yelp. However after only two short months after they installed my new door I noticed issues with the door and noticed that the material was defected. I of course called Brandon to see if it was covered under warranty and he had one of his technicians come out and assess the door. They told me it wasn't covered by warranty (surprise surprise) and that I'd need to purchase a new door. The compromise Brandon offered was basically purchase a new door at "wholesale price" which he quoted me

Was informed by the installer that they have two available garage door openers I can choose from, (1) is the basic, and (2) is a bit more expensive but have camera and can be open/close through mobile devices. I selected the more expensive and left him alone while he installed the device.
After the installation, I asked how does the machine works - I was told to read the manual. I explicitly asked for help to make sure all the functionalities including

My new home's garage door weather strip was in tatters and the door was very loud when raising and lowering.
Brandon responded quickly to my inquiry and took me through the process of getting the photos necessary to make the estimate. Scheduling the work was easy and Rafael arrived within the prearranged time window and finished quickly.

Had a small issue with our garage door. Called GDH and they asked me to send a pic of my issue. Got a quote back in less than 30 minutes. I asked if they would come on a certain day. They did. Rafael came out and repaired my door in less than 30 minutes. He also took the time to ensure it was working at maximum efficiency. He lubed the rollers and the tracks and it is so much quieter. The dogs now don't hear me sneak in through the garage any longer!

Great service by this company. I had a 15 year old garage with broken tension springs, Brandon gave me a good estimate over the phone and had it fixed up quick. In addition gave a tune up and I cannot believe how quiet it is now. And it seals at the bottom all the way across, whereas before there was a barely noticeable small gap on one side that allowed debris in during high Santa Ana winds (and I live in Santa Ana). I was less than enthused when this morning I discovered my garage door spring had snapped. Calling around, everyone seemed to be booked and no one could come out the same morning. When I saw how highly reviewed Garage Door Hero came, I gave them a try. I was told that they too were booked, but that they would try and work some magic for me. These guys are awesome. Raphael did a repair on both of my springs, and he even went the extra mile and moved one of my support bars to the top of the garage door because it wasn’t installed properly by someone else. He offered to do it for free too. These guys came the same day and installed everything in the time window they said, and charge me the exact price they quoted when I booked the appointment. I highly recommend using this company for your garage door services.
