Rent here at your own risk. Maintenance is extremely unreliable and will take weeks to be done. They will also notify you that maintenance is "done" but nothing is fixed. Be careful when signing your lease as they'll tell you security deposit is $450 when it's actually only $100 and they (inexplicitly) use the rest to cover your rent as a "move-in" special. Also, don't expect to receive your deposit in full too because no matter how much effort you put into cleaning your apartment, they'll still charge you for damages (it also takes more than 90 days for them to say anything on your deposit). The staff have really declined since past years. It's gotten so bad I avoid ordering packages now or calling because some of them is SO nasty mean over the phone and I don't wanna go in that office for nothing. My roommate and I are grown and civil but we got DEVESTATED after a phone call with some Lexie.. She treated us like a huge nuisance when we had a simple question and she verbally ranted at us without reason. Get a job where you don't have to interact with no one if you can't speak to folks like my roommate and me. Shouldn't have to hold the phone away from my ear because you're yelling

Absolutely do not live here. The office staff is so extremely rude and offers no help. Put maintenance requests in two month ago for mold in our apartment but they’re “too busy” to come by and fix it/remove it. Our apartment was left in horrible condition, disgusting carpets filled with stains, missing screens on the ground floor level that cannot be replaced because the “waitlist for screens is too long”, and horrible bathroom conditions. Our ceiling has been hanging down since we moved in, could potentially be another spot of mold or water damage. Save your money and live somewhere

Honestly one of the worst places I've lived. I'm confident if they didn't incentivize positive google reviews, they wouldn't have any. They have a super high turnover rate, barring a few office employees. Their current new hire secretary called to tell me she was going to tow my car and promptly hung up on me mid discussion. Maintenance severely lacks. Hallways are constantly dirty. They keep obnoxiously large garbage bins in the middle of the resident parking for upwards of a quarter of the year. Most recently our fire alarms keep going off so there's that. Just generally, all-around unprofessionalism

The main problem is the staff. DONT LIVE HERE. The maintenance team doesn’t do anything. My cousin moved in and the boards in the cabinets were held up with PENCILS. The shower wasn’t even put together, and this was discovered after they informed him it was ready for move in. They’re scammers. I submitted an application on their website that apparently has been sending out false information listing available apartments, so that when you submit your application you can’t get the fee back and they won’t even apologize for it. Terrible people that are leaching off of college students and

We have had water coming from our ceiling two different occasions. We apparently have “ emergency maintenance” but you call and nobody answers.. all while water pours from your ceiling all over your stuff and… also on the units in the laundry room. Management does not care about their residence.. but you’d think they’d care about their units at least but they don’t care about those either. These apartments are also not safe. Management doesn’t care about that either. My roommates and i’s bills never match. If I could have dropped this lease and moved

Overall unimpressed. I've only lived here for about 5 months and they have hounded me and my boyfriend several times a week since about month 2 here about renewing our lease. What they haven't been able to help us with is our ever growing list of maintenance issues. I put in about 5-8 work orders the day we moved in, called monthly about said work orders, and even went into the office about them. When they finally decided to come check on the work orders (4 months later) they all went unanswered. Some of the more serious problems being a constantly overflowing toilet and a door wall that won't
