M. Dennis Thomas is the owner of The Thomas Cremation and Funeral Service. We recently opened our new facility located at 1297 Elmira Street in Sayre, PA across from Beemans Restaurant. Mr. Thomas has been a licensed Funeral Director in Pennsylvania since 1995 and in New York state since 1994.

With less overhead, Mr. Dennis Thomas is able to make this a more affordable service for the families he serves. Full casket and cremation services can be arranged at churches, gravesite services at cemeteries, or most anyplace the family desires. We now can offer calling hours (visitation) and have a large parking area in front of the building.
His wife worked at AMF bowling manufacturing while Ronald worked at Beaverite and later at Grand Union Supermarket as. Diana's motto was "you might see me struggle but you will never see me quit" and she never did. Complications from her neurofibromatosis 2(NF2) took her from us. A very strong-willed young lady who touched many lives and people, she will be truly missed especially by her parents Wade and Tina Lowery and her brother Joshua.

Mr Denny Thomas...nothing short of amazing. My brother had passed away and we are 4 hours away. I called Mr Thomas and within moments he had assured me that he would take care of everything and he did!.
Thomas Funeral took the worry and stress away. He made it easy for the family to get on with other necessary issues

My mother passed away in May 2019 and our family wanted Mr. Thomas to handle her cremation. Professional, respectful, thoughtful, are just a few words that describe our experience with Mr. Thomas. When my father passed away this month (June) Mr. Thomas called me and offered his condolences. Thanks Denny! Your a class act for sure!
