A self-guided tour allows you to visit the community and view an apartment home with assistance from a team member via telephone call. We also offer virtual tours in which our teams can walk you through availability, photos, floorplans and more online or through a live video call.

I lived in a one bedroom apartment at Montana Valley Apartments for three years, and only moved to be closer to family out of state. I felt like the price was right for the location and amenities. I also felt safe (as safe as can be expected nowadays. I always felt comfortable coming and going, even in the evenings. )
Covid put a damper on some things - like pool and office hours - but staff did the best they could under the circumstances. I also appreciated that they kept tenants to the rules for the complex, making the neighborhood enjoyable for everyone. Maintenance was always very kind and

I really love Montana Valley because it is nice, clean and quiet. All of the staff are very polite and helpful. They handle any issues in a timely manner and always follow up to make sure that everything is handled and that you are happy. I would definitely recommend this community to those who are looking for a new place to call home.

I found Montana Valley Apartments one of those long nights trying to find a place to move last summer. It's was not a great time to move--we were so busy, the market was difficult, and we had little energy. But it was time to go and cultivate peace somewhere else--peace we didn't have at that moment. When I talked to Amber the first time, she was kind to me and assured me that I had found my new home. Those words meant a lot to me at that moment of exhaustion and uncertainty. I've been living in a townhome at Montana Valley Apartments since October 2018 & have been happy living here. I must give Amber Bostic & her staff tremendous credit for keeping the property clean & well-maintained. It is such a pleasure to walk throughout the property & see how clean & well-kept it is. During my time here, Amber & her staff have always responded to me with care & professionalism. I can honestly said that anytime I needed help with a maintenance issue, Amber & her staff responded immediately. I'm feel lucky that I was able to find a place like Montana Valley Apartments.

They’re TERRIBLE!!! They showed me an apartment WAITED TIL THEY GOT MY MONEY & gave me a whole different apartment. Moved me into a dirty apartment , carpet dirty , walls dirty, old dirty appliances, smelled very bad ! They’re overrated !! Its not worth it . And they are even worst at the Office & keep it mind rent is almost 800 for a 1br . DONT DO IT NO AC & it’s 88plus degrees in my house ! They don’t fix sh@t

I gave such a high rating to Montana Valley Apartments because I've had the best experience ever. First of all, this is my first home that I am head-of-household in and I had so many fears, just because fear of the unknown. The staff here is awesome: Amber Bostic - Community Manager - talked me through some things as well as Brittany. I am sorry that I don't know Brittany's title but she works in the office and she has been so sweet and helpful. I did a lot of talking and going back and forth on rather this was the right for me and my kids.

This is my second year living at Montana Valley. Great location and beautiful grounds. Amber and Brittany in the leasing office are wonderful and always cheerful! Jeff takes care of all maintenance issues quickly and is great to work with. The staff genuinely care about residents and make the Montana Valley experience extraordinary!

I want to say that this is a really nice place to live in. Before I moved to Cincinnati, I spent two two three days just driving around here in Cincinnati to see different apartments. I finally chose Montana Valley Apartments because the price is reasonable and this place is near the building where I work at.

I'm in love with Montana Valley! The grounds and buildings are beautiful. The hallways are clean. Our neighbors are nice. The apartments are spacious, and I love the exposed brick.
Not to mention the service has been amazing. The office ladies are so nice and quick to answer the phone and emails. They've answered every question and concern I've had so surprisingly fast and with a great personal touch.
The maintenance guy is great, too! He was friendly and so helpful. He replace and fixed everything we listed on our walk through and even installed a shower head for us which we had forgotten to
