I have been living here since Nov 2020 and love it. The staff has always been extremely helpful and willing to work with my needs/requests(changing apartments last minute,moving in early, permission to install security cameras,advising me/giving resources when I experienced loss of income,etc)
Many complain about the pricing of the apartments,yes it's expensive. But people choose to live here for a reason. I've never felt unsafe here. I’ve lived here a little over a year now, and it’s been alright. Maintenance is amazing, apiffany is amazing, but rent is ridiculous, and parking is a joke. Other residents are as rude as can be, but I do feel safe here. Overall experience has been good, but I’m definitely not going to miss the parking and ridiculous rent.

The reviews do not reflect this place at all. Property Managers changed and now the place has gone downhill. Management does not communicate effectively with residents. If you want to resolve issues that occur, please go somewhere else. Happy I don’t live here anymore!! Management should definitely consider taking a communication course

I been here since April of 2021, the day I moved in things have not been right. My place was not ready, I had to stay somewhere else. the light fixtures had bugs in them, light bulbs were out, I have white spray paint on the walls and doors, the a/c flexures on its own. I have been putting in work orders multiple times. I am now having issues with my refrigerator. The list just keeps going. Lets not forget that the trash person, doesn't always pick up the trash which leads to bugs coming, such as maggots and ants. I am paying $1500+ a month, to also be charged for vacant electric fees that would

I have been living in the cascades since summer of 2017 and absolutely love it. One of the best things I like about the cascade is that I feel safe in the neighborhood. Communication with maintenance and the leasing office has always been pretty easy. They respond back within a decent time frame. With quarantine most of my packages has been delivery to our door and I haven’t had to worry about anything being stolen off of our door which is a blessing! I definitely recommend the cascades for anyone looking to live in nice affordable luxury apartments.

I would like to comment on my three yr stay at the Cascades. The staff has been EXCELLENT from Management to Maintenance!! Thank you all for all that you do. Especially for working so hard to please us as tenants and keeping the property in tip top shape. The staff is wonderful! and the property is kept very clean. Covid did interfere with the some of the pool and social gathers that the cascades enjoys doing for the community but even with that going on they have done the best to accommodate us in every way possible. I love the office staff! Aphipheny is wonderful and she goes out of her way to answer any questions and to work for you to have a great living experience on the property, Mrs Jones the office manager has be outstanding as well and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I do fill safe in our community and the location is great to stores

I have truly enjoyed living at the Cascades for the last year or so. The location is very peaceful and quiet. Staff and maintenance are very professional and always willing to make sure all of my living needs are met. If I have any questions or concerns, staff is always prompt with making sure they have a solution for me. Apiffany has especially gone above and beyond for me when it comes to any issues I’ve had regarding my apartment. Ms. Jones the office manager is very reliable as well. I would highly recommend living in this apartment complex.

I read over the only review they have before moving here. It states to "STAY AWAY LIKE THE PLAGUE" && boy do I wish I would have took that advice. I was hard headed and had to see for myself and I absolutely DO NOT recommend this community to anyone. They have been through 3 property managers in a matter of 5 months, the current property manager is rude and tries to intimidate you with a smile on her face, she always has an excuse for everything. I'm just not a fan. They do not maintain the amenities advertise. Please please take my word, this place is HORRIBLE!!!! It

Worst mistake I have ever, ever, ever made my whole entire life, DO NOT make the same. The apartments look nice, but are very cheap, the walls are very thin, they all act the people very poorly, there is NO customer service. most of all they are ALL liars!!!
My credit was near perfect before I have moved there, i had an unfortunate event happened in my life and needed to break the lease, they specifically told me when i signed the break of lease agreement, I am only responsible to pay for the amount of time the apartment was vacant
